This shoe is gorgeous but it was really tight. I almost always wear a 6.5M, so I was really disappointed that this shoe was so tight and uncomfortable. I don't think going up a size would help. I had high hopes based on the reviews but it's going back and I'm going to keep searching.

Even though they are cute, I must say that I was disappointed with this shoe. It is longer and much narrower than expected. It fits like a 8.5 narrow on my feet, oh so painful! There is virtually no padding either, Even though I did not wear them outside, I could feel that there is nothing between you and the cement sidewalk. , and, on my carpet, it felt like a slippery slope of discomfort. I am definitely sending these back!

Really not comfortable, stiff and unforgiving. Cheap leather. I expected more from this brand.

Not a lot of support for walking cradles. The fit was ok but the ball of foot does not have support and it feels too flat.

I'm afraid these seemed very uncomfortable the second I tried them on. Still looking for a nice, comfortable dress pump with good arch support for narrow heels.

I'm finding it very difficult to find stylish pumps with lower heels. Came across these and generally like Walking Cradles but I really don't care for the shoes that much. Nothing really horrible to say or great to say about them. But they pass for pumps so I guess I'll keep them. The style says "old lady" to me and I really don't care for that. The leather on top of my toes pinches a bit so I'm glad to get them off once I get home.

Pictures made it appear they had arch support, there was minimal to none.

Shoes were a little short. However, the bad thing was that I received shoes that were a customer return. The uppers were scuffed in a few places. Very disappointed and could not be returned.

This is my first disappointing purchase from Zappos. The size, width, and material of the shoes were completely misrepresented. Very disappointing.

The shoe runs narrow. I always take a 9.5N shoe. In this shoe, I couldn't even get my foot all the way into the toe area, as it was much too tight. It hurt even attempting, , , so didn't try on the other one. Back they went. I think they run like a SS Super Slim, as a Narrow would've fit me fine.

I ordered this shoe in a 9.5N, which is my usual size. However, just putting on the Right shoe, it was so tight across the top of my foot, I could hardly get my entire foot in the shoe. It was more like a SLIM, AAA, than a NARROW, AA size. So, it had to go back. I wished it would've fit, as it was a nice, plain and neutral style which I was looking for. So, if you're very narrow, this may work for you, but otherwise, be cautious ~
