OOPS! When my order arrived only the LEFT boot was DOLCE VITA, the RIGHT boot was BLONDO. They are close, so I can understand the mix-up, but the Dolce Vita has the lug sole, slouchy styling and smooth sole I prefer. The Blondo boot has a stiffer look, rounder toe and a rubber sole. (it's waterproof). They are slightly different shades of 'mushroom'. I ordered a 10 in the Dolce Vita Sutton light color boot - going by the recommended suggested sizing I should have ordered this size, but it was too roomy, a 9.5 would have been perfect, but sold out. I'm returning them obvi... One star because this was a messed-up order.

These boots are so cute and actually super comfortable. However, the zippers are impossible to use... I had to force the zipper down so I could try them on, I thought I was going to break it! I am debating whether or not to try and use some sort of WD-40 on the zipper to get it working properly, but I am afraid I will ruin the suede around it. I am not sure what to do... I want to keep these, but the zipper is legit STUCK. (I tried both zippers on both shoes.. same issue!) Bummer!!!

I loved these boots at first but they only lasted one year before the toe part broke down. There is plastic between the suede layers and it broke down right where your toe bends and started cutting into my toe! I’m very disappointed that I paid $140 for a pair of shoes that only lasted one year. Rip off.

Lovely suede - size 7 would not fit a child! Back they go! Could not rate arch support because I never got the arch past the opening to the boot.

So bummed. These are nice and soft boots. One was too big and the other too small. I have never had this happen and gunshy to replace/reorder.

I ordered these based on the rave reviews of how they look and feel like high quality shoes. I disagree. In my opinion these look and feel like low quality shoes. They have a hard slick sole that looks and feels like hard plastic that could cause a person to slip and fall right out of the box, which is very uncomfortable. Actually that slick sole is risk, so be careful I nearly slipped and I only had them on for 5 minutes.

Quality of boot is not as described by others. Size and fit ok..but a poor quality for me.
