I wear an 8 1/2 in most shoes & boots but in UGG boots I feel an 8 best suits me. I have narrow feet and thin calves. I don’t even wear socks. Comfy, cozy, warm. Never disappoints.

This is the first new pair of Uggs I have had in 10 years. My husband got me a size 7 which I stupidly exchanged for a size 8. Zappos was very quick about the exchange and made it very easy. Once my new pair came, I tried them on and quickly realized that an 8 was too big for my feet. I'm usually between a 7.5 and an 8 in most shoes. However, for these the 7 was definitely the way to go (My husband was happy to hear that he was correct in ordering a 7. lol). So, I called zappos to find out about getting the boots in a size 7. Again, they made it so easy. They set up a return and ordered me a new pair in a size 7. However, when I received my new boots in the correct size, they did not come in an Ugg box. There was a basic brown box that said "This item has been repackaged in recyclable, frustration-free packaging because the original box was damaged in transit." I thought this was weird because the zappos box was in perfectly fine condition. I am not sure how the Ugg box could have been damaged while the zappos box it was shipped in was fine. It also did not have the Ugg tag/booklet that usually comes with the boots and had thin white paper instead of the Ugg logo paper. I had not shipped back the wrong size boots yet so I compared these new ones to those and the quality was different. This could be due to being made in different Ugg factories. Regardless, I was uncomfortable with this as these are expensive boots and I want to make sure the quality matches the price! So, I again called zappos and explained the situation. They were so great on the phone again and quickly set up another exchange for me. My ratings are based on the size 8 boots that I am returning. Zappos has great customer service! Hopefully, this last pair being shipped to me will come in the normal Ugg packaging and will be of the same quality as the size 8 boots.

I usually wear a 9/5-10, so from what Zappos said, these Uggs run large, so I ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly! I ordered the black Classic II short and they are great. Zappos is an authorized retailer of UGGS,. Never had a pair of Uggs and now I see why they are popular. They are so very comfortable. Zappos is great... I ordered them on 12/28/20 and received them on 12/30/20. I have ordered shoes before from Zappos and they are a wonderful. Very caring and awesome company to order shoes from... Thanks Zappos. Will be back!!!!

So warm and snuggly. Could wear them all day.I have tricky feet that don’t love many brands but definitely Love the feel and fit of UGG.

Too small. Have a pair from last year, size 7. These are the same, just a different color. I couldn’t even get them on and they are size 7 as well. Can’t rate comfort since I couldn’t get them on.
