Costs of good workout shoes have become astronomical so I thought I would try a cheaper New Balance. I think there is some difference BUT not enough difference with my low impact workouts to matter. These shoes are great for walking, low impact aerobics, biking, indoor trampoline, etc. Probably a little less padding????

Great support (I have a high arch), toe box is a little smaller than what I would have liked. You also cannot wear thick socks, but I think they won't be needed with this shoe anyway. I'll have to use a shoe stretcher to open the toe box a little more (but I also have wide feet so lol), other than that cute shoe.

Please make sure to continue carrying v1 versions of the New Balance 574 shoes. The v2 versions are foamy in parts and hence are NOT waterproof, while v1 versions are waterproof--which is a wonderful feature.

Beautiful colors, so comfortable, and they clean up so easily!

My favorite shoe for doing errands and just hanging out. They are great with yoga pants and skinny jeans. Sometimes sneakers look bulky and weird when you wear sneakers with them...but these do not!

Super comfortable and cute! Went with a half size up and they were perfect.

NB shoes tend to run a little narrow compared to other brands, these are no different. I did not notice the sparkle mentioned by other reviewers, but maybe it is just the lighting. They do make my size 12 feet look not so big :)

These shoes are super cute ! great for all day comfort and they go great with just about anything, they feel a tad roomy in the heel but nothing unbearable! can’t wait to buy another pair.

Super cute but run small. We started at 6.5, which she normally wears. We had to send back. We ordered a 7, now sending back. They feel the same as the 6.5’s. Per the stock right now, they are out of the 7.5....so sad!

Love Love Love this shoe. I always ordered a WW, but ordered this shoe in a W or D width. It fit perfectly. Wore it all day for the first time yesterday and zero problems with fit. Comfortable.

These are super comfortable and true to size. Great walking shoes.

I normally wear a size 7, so reading other reviews, they suggested sizing up. So I ordered a 7.5, they are prefect. A little on the stiff side but I won't be running in these, so I didn't mind.

Comfortable once they are broken in

First off, I have to note that the color in the image (the deep red and tweed) does NOT match the name "Gunmetal/Silver Mink." So, I was taking a bit of a chance ordering them. I wanted the red, and thankfully, that's what arrived. I did alert customer service to the error, which is hopefully fixed. The good thing is, if the color was wrong, Zappos has the best return policy. Anyway, they arrived yesterday and are fantastic! They fit true to size on me, with the toe box being a touch wide. The red is fantastic. The tweed has a few colors in it that I didn't expect, like yellow and blue, but it's subtle. Overall, great shoe that I can't wait to pair with leggings or jeans.

This is a great walking and work-out shoe. I ordered wrong size. Should have ordered 7.0 instead of 6.5. Will return and order larger size. Thanks, Beverly Owens

Loved the shoe and the design. The fit however wasn't ideal. The toe area is narrow and hurt after a few hours of wearing around the house. Definitely need to size up 1 size or else get the Wide fit. Unfortunately, the color combo I fell in love with isn't available in the size I need!!

LOVE these shoes. The reflective detail and inside fabric lift these beyond your plain black kicks. Some classic NB feel quite stiff in the sole, but I found these to be soft while still supportive around the heel. Bought my normal size and fit is perfect.

I wanted to like these, but they were just too small. Order a half size up.
