These shoes are really cute but they run big. My daughter is a size 10 and that's what I ordered. These shoes are closer to an 11. She won't be able to wear them for a couple months at least.

I just got my toddler son sized at Stride Rite and they said he measured at a size 7 1/2. Just to be on the safe side I ordered these in a size 6. They are still big on him! Ugh, so frustrating. On the other hand, these are adorable, will probably save them for when they finally fit. Just annoyed they run so big, such a guessing game!

I thought these would be great for my 1 yr old who is starting to walk. They are to wide she walks right out of them. I would return but she crawled in them so they are skuffed up.

The stars likert system for ratings is very counter-intuitive... As for the shoes. Adorable, but just will not stay on my kid's feet! The velcro just isn't strong enough to keep them on so she steps out of them. A real bummer :(

This was my first time buying Toms. I bought my daughter's normal size, but I couldn't even get her foot in them at all. I compared them to another one of her shoes and these were at least a half of size if not full size smaller than any of her other shoes. I searched online if Toms are known to run small and literally everything I read said they are true to size and will stretch. I am not sure if kids shoes just run differently, but they definitely were not true to size since I couldn't even get her foot in them. Will have to return and try again with a different brand. I fear if I go up a full size they will be too big and they apparently don't come in half sizes. Very disappointed for all of the hype around Toms.

My 19 month old son wears a size 6 (stride rite and Pedipeds). We ordered a 6 in these and they barely fit. I also think they are a big narrow.We are returning and ordering a 7 in hopes that they fit better.

These shoes are just about the cutest thing ever. I ordered a T4 for my 15 month old. However, they don't seem to come up far enough on top of the foot. So even though there is a Velcro strap, it does nothing to keep the shoes on a toddler's foot. Day care asked me to not send my child to school in them ever again. Well they look cute on the shelf, I suppose.

If the heel entryway is soft and collapsible like this send it back. You will have the hardest time getting them on your child's foot. Other than that they would be cute.

Really not happy with these. They wore horrible. Had holes on both of my boys within one week of wearing them.
