Ordered these in a size 2 for my 8 year old. They fit well and he liked the way they fit. They have a slight indentation in the foot bed that helps keep them on.

I usually take a size 2 and ordered a size larger since they are flip flops but they were still too small. If I go with the size 4s then the strap that goes on top of my foot will be too large.
