Disappointed. Feels nothing like the last "MODI" I bought. The toe thong is to far back and the seam on the sole can be felt. And did not give support to my arches. I will keep them because I wore them out as soon as I got them. I won't buy these again.

I am actually going to be returning these. They are too bulky for my feet and my daughters feet :(

These Crocs are terrible. They have a hard ridge in the middle of the sandals so when you put your feet in them, you immediately feel the sharp ridge. Additionally, the straps are too tight, after 5 blocks of walking, I had two large blisters, one on the top of each foot towards the inside. I read the blister situation from other reviews but thought they were rare circumstances, they were not. I know have two sets of Modi Sports at home I cannot wear. I am actually using my beat up unisex Modi flips until I figure out what to do. PLEASE bring back the original unisex Modi flips. These sports flips are a poor "upgrade".

The first time I wore these I got a blister on the side of my foot where the strap is. Not happy at all with them. I have had crocs before and never had an issue. This time I did. Would not recommend these.

Too narrow across the instep for my flat/wide foot. Don't care for the look.

After owning two pairs of the MODI over the last three years and loving them, I was very disappointed with the comfort of the new MODI I got today. My old MODIs were extremely comfortable and even on long walks they provided support and lightweight comfort. I wore them all year long. The new model, however, after just a short walk rubbed a blister between my toes where the the thong goes. Crocs changed this model to where the thong strap is rubber, whereas the older model had a fabric thong strap. I hope that Crocs change back to the fabric strap, otherwise I will be purchasing no more Crocs flipflops. The pair I got today is going back to the store.

I have worn the Athens model for several years. I've had at least 5 pair of Athens. LOVE the Athens and was sold on Crocs because of Athens. This is nothing like the Athens and for some inexplicable reason, they have been discontinued. I talked to a sales associate at the Croc store and was told it was the popular and a large number of people come in to get them and are very disappointed when they can't. This is the closest model they have according to the sales associate. They are so NOT even close to Athens for comfort. Crocs has lost a customer .... at least until they bring back the Athens. If you are looking for the Athens style, this is NOT a replacement!!

I have worn Athens for several years, but they have been inexplicably discontinued. The Crocs website suggested that this was a "similar style". NOT!! The sole is hard and not comfortable - it doesn't even really feel like it's dual-layer at all - I think the softer layer is just too thin. Also, the straps are much too short for those of us with a higher instep. Crocs seems to have abandoned those of us who started buying Crocs BECAUSE they had wider, comfortable sandals available - if you have previously worn Athens, this is NOT a replacement!!

I was not aware that the straps were made of plastic which is not good for me. The inner strap rubs against my foot which makes the flip very, very uncomfortable. Potential problem re blisters and skin irritation.
