Exactly what I wanted!

Love this sandal! I got these in Wicker Mandarin & they are awesome in both looks & comfort. I wanted a cute sandal with secure support, & comfort, & that's exactly what I got in these Chaco Z/2 Classic! Though they are not really for running, I can take off running without my feet falling off the side, and that's another plus to me. The straps adjust to fit tighter for a thinner foot, or can be loosened for a thicker foot. You can adjust all the straps by just following the simple directions shown of the inside of the box lid. In my opinion, you won't be disappointed if you order these.

This shoe is adorable. I can tell that this shoe has excellent arch support. Sadly I have to return these because my high arch does not line up with the Chaco arch. My arch is closer to my heel. To be on the arch my toes were almost off of the front and there was an inch behind my heel. Sizing: professionally measured my foot is 8.5 E. I ordered the 8. The wide width straps were just long enough for my thick toes, high arched feet. I could not snug up the heel area because it is stitched at that point. The sole is wide enough for my toes to stretch wide. I had ordered the 7 from Chaco and that could have fit but the straps were not long enough. If you have an arch that matches the Chaco footbed you will like them.

I am still trying to get used to them. I really considered returning them because I have to adjust them every time I put them on, however, they are worn and cannot be returned. You can't just slip them on and go, you have to take a few minutes to get your foot in, strap it, take foot back out, adjust it, put foot back in, tighten strap, wind strap inside and around so that it is not flapping all over the place when you walk, and then go. Almost too much of a hassle for daily running in and out, maybe if you were specifically wearing them for a fair amount of walking, etc.

I like the look. But these shoes were hard as a rock. I wish I’d known that and I would have gone for a different brand. At first everything seemed cool. But after wearing them for a full day, my feet hurt. I had to order a 9 because my heel was off the very end of the shoe in a size 8. But wearing the 9 makes the strap you tighten the shoes up with long, a little too long. Also because I had to go up in size the back strap is looser than I’d like for it to be. I know that I can send them in to have the strap cut and to tighten the back strap. However, that won’t be free. I wish I had worn them at home for the day instead of out, because now I cannot return them. For years I had toyed with purchasing a pair of these and now that I finally have, I’m regretting my decision.

I am happy with these Chaco sandals. I wear a 7.5. However, with sandals, I like room in front of my toes so they are not at the edge so, the sandals I ordered are an 8. When I received them I noticed a white substances that I concluded was glue. I tried to wipe it off with water and it did not come off, yet. I really like the colorway so, I am okay with it. The strap was really long and was even dragging on the floor. I machine sewed the strap down after folding it over once a couple of inches. Now they are perfect.

I bought the Chaco Z/2 Classic (single strap, toe loop) in solid black, and they are my favorite shoes ever. I plan to wear them every day this summer. They give me great support to relieve my plantar fasciitis. I prefer wearing my Chacos over running shoes for walking and hiking. My office is super casual, so I will wear my solid black Chacos to work with jeans all summer long. I have recently taken up kayaking, and they are great for getting in and out of the water. I like the toe loop for stability, but when I had double strap Chacos I had problems with "toe strangle". The single strap is better.

I like these sandals... but I cannot seem to get a snug fit with them. I wear a size 8 narrow, so I bought the 8 medium. There seems to be too much strap, so no matter how much I adjust them, there's always a looseness somewhere on the sandal. The ankle strap is too long, and when I try to adjust it, I have this long flapping strap that I would have to wrap around the back ankle strap. It's like me feet are too small and narrow for this sandal. Very disappointing.

The fit and size are perfect ! I'm basically flat footed and the arch support on Chacos are superb.

Love these shoes! I bought a pair 10 years ago and I finally wore them out, so I decided to get a new pair. These Chacos fit great and look great! I bought the black color so they would match with anything. I love them and hopefully these last me another 10 years!

Love these! I pretty much live in my Chacos during the summer time. Had to quickly buy a replacement pair for my old pair that I’d had for over 10 years. Shipped fast, & got them in time for a trip in the backcountry. I prefer the toe strap as to give a little more movement & control while hiking, but it can be a little awkward at first if you’re not used to it. Great pair of shoes!

Excellent arch support! After you get the straps adjusted correctly you could immediately walk miles in them. Awesome!

Chacos never disappoint. Great sandals to wear all day. Sturdy shoes that are great for outdoor activities. Great to walk in all day.

These are pefect for summer camping. They are rugged, yet are sandals that allow your feet to be open to the air.

These are comfortable, although the toe strap begins to hurt after wearing for a long time. Next time I’ll buy a version without a toe strap.

I have very flat feet and these support my feet well. Took a while to get used to toe strap. Have to keep adjusting. But with time I'm getting used to it. Love these very good quality.

This was my first pair ever of Chaco sandals. It took 3 wears for me to get the perfect fit with the straps and now they’re the most comfortable shoes I own. After the second wear I was ready to return them but I’m glad I didn’t. I also waited a week between the 2nd and third wear. Love them!

They feel a bit heavy but the support is great. I am still working on adjusting the fit but so far walking with them is excellent.

Bought these for my daughter in law for her birthday she loved loved loved them. Another hit. Thanks Zappos for always arriving when you say will arrive.

Everyone raves about these, so ordered with high hopes. Love the arch support and adjustable straps. Unfortunately the toe strap didn’t hit my foot in the right spot so they weren’t comfortable.

I so wanted to love these sandals. A friend was wearing some and I asked what they were, and found them here. I had them the next day! (I love Zappos!) They are so cute, and the size 8 fit my size 8½ narrow feet well, but the toe strap is a problem for me. I could just feel the blisters waiting. I have never worn a shoe with a toe strap before, and it felt strange. So back they go. I do not think that I could get used to it. But, they are super cute. Just not for me.
