Too firm for my feet

The material is comfortable and attractive. The style is outstanding! But the style was too narrow for me and I had to return them.

This style shoe didn't feel as though it fit nicely or that is was comfortable to wear.

Very large and middle strap was odd, did not touch my foot; was way too wide

I've had several pairs of birkenstocks before and never had a problem until this pair. The molding for the foot bed is all wrong for my foot and since it's so firm with no give it juts into my foot in several places and is like walking on river rocks constantly. I found them supremely uncomfortable and won't be wearing this pair again. I'm very disappointed.

Loved this cute design - a little different than most I’ve seen. As one other person commented, however, the middle strap is not adjustable, and though my foot is flat (making it kind of wide at the arch), the strap still “bowed” out. As much as I. Adjusted the other two straps, I could not make the center strap work. Typical Birkenstock comfort, just not an adjustable fit for the decorative strap.

The Zappos site stated I need a size 40 in Birkies although I've always worn a 39. I ordered these in 40 and they were way too big so I had to return.

To be narrow shoe, felt wide...

These sandals were so small that the last hole wouldn't event buckle- they didn't even reach. Very sad.

I liked the style for this shoe but found it very difficult to walk in, especially on carpet. I was very dissappointed since I have worn Birkenstocks for decades. But they have changed the base of the shoe over the last ones I got several years ago. (These things really are long wearing.) It seems thicker and harder to walk in. I also prefer the old style "hard" rather than soft footbed. NOTE: thee Zappo's rep who assisted me with the return was marvelous!

I ordered the regular width for these Birkenstocks which typically fits my wide feet and these were too narrow! I even ordered a size up (41 instead of 40) but they are too narrow. I hope this style is just narrow and that Birkenstock has not changed the dimensions of their footbed.

This was the first pair of defective Birkenstocks I have ever bought. I am flabbergasted. Perhaps it’s just a function of the overall disorder pandemic and post pandemic. The middle strap on the right shoe has about an extra inch of slack and no way to adjust. The left shoe has visible glue around the sole.

I returned these because I just didnt like how all of this straps looked on my feet. I have wide chunky feet and they just looked bad on me

This sandal did not live up to it's reputation of comfort. The foot bed of the shoe was narrow and hurt my foot on the outside of my foot near the small toes. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed! The shoe is cute, BUT these are HUGE! These are not even close to a 5-5 1/2. I went to the Birkenstock website and did find that many of this brand are available in the next size down. Zappo's...why aren't you selling this size and Birkenstock, your size is misleading/mislabeled. I will be returning these. I am really sad that women with size 35 are not supported by this brand here.

The arch support actually hurt my feet. Too uncomfortable to wear.

I love Birkenstock shoes but these were way too big. The two straps with buckles can be adjusted but the one strap that is fixed and not adjustable was loose and floppy. Love the look and style but the overall rating is low due to poor design with that one strap that is not adjustable.

This is my 4th Birkenstock and it will be returned. I have a wide foot and high instep and this style doesn't fit at all thanks to the middle strap.

I agree that the fixed strap is too long and spoils the look and fit. I also doubted I could get used to the hard footbed after wearing the Granada soft footbed.

I have many pairs of Birkenstock and have loved them all. This is the 2nd Salina pair I have bought. The 1st pair finally wore out after 15 years plus. BUT my new ones have ONE HORRIBLE PROBLEM. The footbed is 100% flat so I have tripped so many times! Going upstairs seems to be the worst - the front end just "catches" and trips me - also happens on most uneven surfaces. I have compared it with my previous Salina's (I never toss them!) - and the front end on the old pair goes up slightly. It is the same with all my other Birkenstock - the soles go up slightly in the front. . Is this just my pair, or is this the new model of Salina? I am very afraid of using them unless I can be aware the whole time to lift my foot higher. The Salina pair is completely flat! I would suggest that you not consider buying Salina.
