I ordered these and the Ecco soft 7 to try and was very surprised to find that I preferred these! The shoes do run narrow; I'm usually an 8.5 and I ordered a 9, and the fit was perfect. If I had wide feet they would be too narrow. I have a pinky toe that lays over, and it felt a little crowded in the footbed, so I knocked a star off for that, but by the second day I no longer noticed this. The zippers are loud, but I found a solution. I have some "glue dots" which are basically thick double-sided stick tape dots for wrapping presents. I balled them up and stuck them in the zipper head and it effectively prevents the zippers from making any noise. I have no complaints regarding comfort; I've worn them on an all-day expedition and my feet didn't hurt at all. The Ecco were more comfortable overall, but the cute factor on these exceeded the Ecco, and since the were on sale for nearly $100 less than the Ecco, it was a no-brainer. I find myself sneaking peeks when I wear them, they really are a great-looking, well-made pair of shoes. I've attached a couple pics with the Kenneth Cole Kiera (R foot) vs Ecco Soft 7 (L foot).

My favorite shoe in my closet, but it took a couple days. This shoe upper is made entirely of high-quality stiff leather. The great part? It molds to your foot. The downside? You're going to walk around in it for a couple days, probably in some slight pain, until the shoe starts to fit like a glove. Birkenstocks are like this too, so are high-quality leather boots. I ride my bike every day for work, and don't want to compromise fashion for function. This shoe lets me look professional, comfortable, and stylish. I get stopped ALL the time asking where I bought them. I bought them in black a few months ago and wear them multiple times a week. I just came back to buy them in brick.

Online, these appear to have silver zippers, however, they are gold. Don't like the look of the gold. They look cheesy.

Way too narrow and they don’t have wide sizes so there’s no other option for me. Also, the zippers were very stiff and hard to zip open and close. They are cute so if you have narrow feet, these might work for you. They are also a bit heavy.

I really like these shoes. I almost recommend getting a half a size bigger than your shoe size because I had to break into mine and it involved a lot of blisters. These shoes look really great with a pair of jeans, but would also look nice in a more formal outfit as well. The only issue I have with them is that the zippers (both are functional) fall down throughout the day. This is the other reason I recommend getting a half a size up. Overall though, these shoes are a very nice addition to my closet.

Great shoe! Pretty leather, great shape and feel. A good wardrobe staple. Ultimately returned in favor of a high top sneaker with more structure.

These were super cute and comfortable and I may reorder. Unfortunately the zipper was stuck. I have medium width feet and though still comfortable, they seemed a tiny bit narrow. I do think they will loosen up with wear though

I ordered the 8.5 and the 9.5 sizes because the existing reviewers contridicted each other. I wear a 9 in the majority shoes I own. However, the 8.5 fit in length. I will agree with both reviewers that the shoe is narrow, especially in the toe box. So I am returning both pair. The shoe is well made and sturdy...very attractive too.

I own several pairs of Gentle Souls and love them for style and comfort. I wear between a 7.5 and 8 and always get an 8 in this brand. I gave this shoe a 2 star in comfort because this was the first time the shoe had a really high arch. I have a flat foot and one of the reasons why I like this brand is the lack of arch. The shoe ran a little large and I could have actually purchased a 7.5 and been fine. I kept the shoes and replaced the insole with a Dr Scholl gel sole and the shoe is fine. I decided to keep the size because I walk a lot and a little room didn’t bother me. I really liked the shoes because it had a slim platform and I liked the nubuck leather. Most of these have shiny leather and big chunky soles.

I needed a full size larger. I find the boots comfortable but with very little support. I also noticed that the soles are thin when its cold out you feet will feel it. The leather is comfortable and I have received compliments on the boots already.

Love these BUT the zipper on the right shoe will NOT stay up!

I absolutely lovd these shoes. They fit exactly as predicted as per other reviews, longer and narrow. They fit well (ordered 1/2 sz smaller) inspite of that but would not accomodate my broken toe.

This shoe is very cute! It gives you a cool, casual look and is comfortable. However, the shoe runs a full size smaller than my normal size 10. As much as I wanted to keep it, I ended up returning it since it did not fit as expected. Wish you still had it in an 11!

I'm on a desperate search for a comfortable shoe with arch support that I can wear to work that does not look like a running shoe. This was close. My only complaint, the metal zippers on the sides of the shoe make noise when you walk. I can see this getting annoying.

Super cute, and on the low end price-wise of this "genre" of shoe this season. These are my daughter's, and she tends to a wide foot but hasn't complained about either the arch or the width. We do notice that the zippers come down over the course of the day, however, which is annoying and is the reason for the 4-star overall.

The bad news is this shoe is NARROW! The good news is it does stretch a little bit after some wear. I have always considered my feet to be narrow and this shoe was really tight around my foot as soon as I put it on. I was almost going to return it right away, but liked the look so decided to keep them. I normally wear a size 7.5, but ordered the 7 after reading reviews that said the shoe ran big. I'm really glad I bought the 7. It definitely runs big, but some may say small because of how narrow it is. They're not the most comfortable shoes and I definitely won't be wearing them for long walks. But, I love the style and have already received a lot of compliments. They're great for daily use, easy to put on/take off, go with jeans, leggings, etc. If you're looking for comfortable shoes, these are not them. If you're looking for style and something super cute and trendy, these are for you!

Adorable shoe. I took off 1 star because of the sizing. They run thin and long. I'm a 6.5 so that's what I ordered. The length fit like a 7.5 yet it was very thin. Then I ordered a 6 and the length fit more like a 6.5 but they were soooo tight around the toe box. I'm hoping they stretch with wear.

When walking around in them, they sound a bit like spurs, because of the zippers. I'm surprised no one else mentioned that. They are cute, but I can't sound like that all day. Returned.

These are super cute but run extremely small! I'm normally a regular 9 but the 9.5 was so narrow and tight it was too painful to even walk around the house.

After reading reviews, I ordered a half size up but they were too big. I reordered in my normal size and they fit great. The shoe is a little narrow but they still fit very comfortably. I love them. They are great in the colder weather and look good with jeans.

Based on reviews I ordered a 10 and I’m usually a 9.5, that was right call. Some said they were too narrow. I have an average width (not narrow) and high arch. Walked around all day. Comfy and cute

These shoes have beautiful leather, nice zipper, very good arch support and nice cushy soles. I thought the cement color was more of a grey but it is more of a taupe in person. I got size 9 because I wanted to wear them with thick socks but I should have ordered my usual 8.5. Overall very good quality and great looks.

These were comfortable right from the start. I get lots of complements when I wear them.

I really like these. I got a "cool shoes" compliment on the first day I wore them. They are casual enough to wear around town on the weekend and not look like you're trying to hard, but they definitely are several notches chicer than ugg boots or your average sneaker. They are pretty comfortable to walk in (not as great as a pair of running shoes, but still comfy enough, even over longer distances). They look good with skinny jeans. As other reviewers have noted, these are a little narrow in the toe.However, that's why the shoes don't look big and clunky - they're more tapered than your average sneaker. I found that they were overly roomy around the ankle and instep, but a 3/4 length drugstore orthotic insert fixed that.
