The sole stopperz make it possible to wear leather soled shoes that are otherwise so slippery out of the box that I would bust my tail wearing them! I have had no problem with them coming loose with wear. I think the secret is to put them on immediately so that the soles are very clean to start with. If the shoes have been worn a bit, perhaps using an alcohol wipe to remove any oils, dirt, etc, would help. These are great!
