Loved this shoe on first sight, but unfortunately for me it runs half a size too large; I'm usually a true size 6, and so I ordered the 37. I'm holding on to it for now but ordering the 36 in the hopes it fits better.

I love ECCO Soft 7 sneakers and own several pair. I needed a pair of white sneakers. These are not WHITE in color. More of a light blue - grey. I'm still deciding whether to keep them or not.

looking for a casual style sneaker that has good toe room and is comfy right out of the box. I compared these to Taos Plim Soul and MocStar. I have an old pair of Simple sneaks that are on their last days and I'm trying to replace. These are super soft and well broken in right out of the box. Could probably wear without socks but because they are leather rather than fabric I think the tongue would feel a little lumpy for my bony bridge. Love the neutral color but didn't like the included shoelaces. They were not as shown in the photo. In the photo they are a traditional flat lace, what I received was a weird round style ? Didn't like the look or the function. I just found replacement laces on amazon. Easy fix. Cosy, cute and I don't always want that athletic/running shoe look. They're not perfect in toe room, but they're pretty close and I love not having to break them in. No rough sticking, everything is nice and smooth. Insole is comfy. I'm kind of picky, but I'm pretty happy with these.

I really wanted to be able to wear this shoe. My Ecco booties are the most comfortable shoes I have. Unfortunately, the padded tongue on the left shoe was sewn in poorly, causing it to buckle. I could feel it with my hand. The right shoe tongue laid flat. I tried exchanging it for another pair of the same size, and the new pair had the same problem. Sadly, I had to send them back.

My usual size is 9.5 and my recommended size in this shoe was 9-9.5. They felt good as I tried them around the house but once I had them on for a few hours they were very uncomfortable. BIG mistake to wear them to teach right out of the box. I am really disappointed because I like the way that they look. I wore them out so I will not return. Zappos is awesome about returns so I want to be fair.

I have Morton's neuroma in my right foot and have purchased so many pairs of shoes that promised they would help such foot conditions. Sadly, I have spent lots of money with no happy results. The shooting electrical pan from my little toe through the ball of my foot and the numbness have continued regardless of what I've tried. In researching my condition, I came across an article by a podiatrist who said this particular brand and style was especially good for Morton's neuroma, so I took a chance again and ordered a pair. The first time I put them on, I thought they felt hard in the heel, but I decided my socks might be too thick. I tried again with thinner socks and discovered that I could walk just fine and that my "bad" foot felt as normal as the other one. I wore them for a week with the same success and decided to order a second pair. I am happy with my shoes and am walking without limping.

Love these! I purchased for an upcoming trip to Italy and have been wearing them around the house. I found no break-in period really needed. I did change out the insole for an ungraded SOFSole, which offers a bit more cushion and support. I normally wear between a 6 1/2 to 7 and the 7 fit perfectly. I purchased no-show SmartWool socks to wear with these. I think they will be a better look in Europe than my pink athletic Sauconys. However, even though these Eccos are very comfortable, they do not offer the full support like an athletic running or walking shoe. I purchased the purple and it looks just like the picture.

Fit was good, and felt true to size. Moderate support is accurate. Overall very comfortable shoe. However, I was really disappointed that this "white/white" shoe had a frankly light gray tinge. It was particularly notable with my white socks. I had to return it primarily because of the color. It just wasn't the white sneaker I was looking for.

I thought I was getting a high quality shoe but after four months of moderate use, the threads are already coming loose.

The shoe is a great fashion sneaker. However, the stitching is starting to unravel on one of the shoes. This is after only four months of infrequent wear. I would have thought this brand would make a high quality shoe.

I love these shoes! I was confused about the sizing at first and ordered shoes that were two sizes too big. The return was easy and I was able to order the correct size. They are so comfortable and they look so cute and sleek! Love pairing them with ankle cut jeans and sweaters. So happy with my purchase!

Stylish and Comfortable. I tried on just about every white sneaker available, converse, adidas, vans, and supergas but these were the winner. I have a touch of heel pain and I can stand and walk comfortably in these shoes. Well worth the extra cost.

This is my second pair of Ecco sneakers. What do I love? I have very high arches, and the top of my feet have bone spurs. These support my feet beautifully. The laces allow me to lace to avoid a painful fit. My heels are nicely cradled. And one of the things I really love about these Eccos? Ecco uses these really different colors. This pair isn’t lavender and it isn’t gray. And they’re just the coolest color. It goes with everything (as do my First butterscotch yellow sneakers). What don’t I like? How can you be a hipster when you have to double knot your laces, to keep them from becoming untied?? Get this together, Ecco! Single knot laces.

I'm a serious walker. After my last pair of sneakers died on me I needed something comfortable and with enough support for my feet when I'm on the go. These are amazing! This is the first time I've tried Ecco and ever paid more than $100+ for a pair of shoes but I am so happy I did. I've been wearing these for the last four months pretty much daily and they've held up so well. They are seriously comfortable too. I like the minimalist design and they honestly go with whatever I'm wearing. I think the only con is that being white they tend to get dirty but I've found using a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser helps keep them looking good. Overall I love the comfort and style and hope that these will hold up for awhile. I'm definitely a fan of Ecco now!

I love these. I bought them after seeing a similar pair on a travel tips for Europe blog, and was anticipating a lot of walking on a planned trip to Europe. However due to COVID-19 that trip was cancelled. I have been wearing them to run to the grocery store and back and forth to my chicken coop when in a quick pinch. Recently we have had quite a bit of rain in my area, and I have loved how nicely they have protected my feet. I have had foot issues in the past such as Morton's Neuroma, and bunion. These shoes do not aggravate any post surgical sites. The breathability of the lining is nice as well.

I really like these shoes! I wanted some walking shoes that were casual but a little nice. These look really smart on my feet. I like the leather, and they fit my foot well. I have a sensitive big toe that hurts if shoes are too narrow, and these don't hurt my toe. Nothing is more important than comfort and support these days, and I think these are a very good choice.

It was difficult to determine which size to buy because I am usually a 6.5-7 (not 6 -6.5 or 7-7.5!). I usually order 7s in sneakers, so I did the same for this shoe. It was too big- I should have stuck to my normal "shoe" size - not normal "sneaker" size. I was looking for a walking shoe for all day walking while traveling, but more stylish than an athletic workout shoe. This is a really cute shoe! But I don't think it has enough cushion for me to be comfortable in while walking all day. I can't be critical of the shoe though - I think I may be looking for the feel of a cushioned athletic sneaker (i.e.: Brooks or HOKA) in a package that looks more stylish than an athletic sneaker. I am not sure such a shoe exists. This is a great looking stylish shoe that is comfortable for short distances and outings. (I wouldn't hesitate to wear these to an event (i.e.: professional baseball game or other outing). But they won't suffice as a true blue walking shoe - for me.

While I liked the taupe color, I was disappointed in the quality and fit of this ECCO Soft 7 sneaker. I have two older pairs that I love, but the leather on this pair seemed to be a lower quality. Even the laces felt cheaper. My heal slipped out of the shoe while walking. This never happens with my older ones. ECCO, please bring back the previous quality of my favorite shoe.

I have purchased numerous colors of Ecco soft 7 sneakers for many years. In the last year the quality, cut and sizing is off. It’s actually the only shoe I buy but with these issues I’ll have to look for a different brand. Sad.

Very soft and comfortable on the foot. Very shallow depth causing it to slip in the heel. They look really nice on though and feel good right out of the box.

These shoes came with a gross oily, yellow streak all over the rubber soles on both shoes. I tried removing with soap and elbow grease and it made no difference. The shoelaces were also scuffed in a couple places. Who knows what these shoes have been through to look like this, but incredibly disappointed that Zappos would think this pair of shoes is acceptable to ship, especially for the extraordinarily expensive price tag.
