Fit, size, and material all appeared to be adequate. Good looking too! Needed these for a teenaged by to take beginning horseback riding lessons; boots met all specifications (and there were many!). Fortunately, they also met the standards of the teenaged boy, so we were in business. Price was right too!

I have a brown suede pair of Eastland Daily Doubles that I found at a discount chain store for $40 and I love them. Very comfortable and sturdy boots, and wide enough to accommodate insulated socks in the winter. They're starting to look a little worn out now after several years, so I came here to see if I could find another pair of them in the suede leather. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that they are.

It felt true to size and looks stylish. Perfect casual boot.

I tried the shoes once they arrived, had trouble getting my feet in them. Once I did they really cut into my feet. I was hoping these would be wide enough, or have some give to them. But it was too narrow. Unfortunately I am sending them back

actually it pretty simple. Perfect, they look good ,feel good. craftsmanship good , price good, delivery good, Zappos good to work with.

They fit perfectly and I just love the style.

I could not even get my pinky finger in the heel pull tab , its too small !

Shoes seemed well-made, but had no real character or shape to them. Just generic-seeming black boots that happen to be “Chelsea” in category. Heel cup is a bit punchy, but the soles seemed comfortable. The exterior has a chalky look to it, which some may prefer, but it’s not sealed and marks up very easily. Will be returning.

Tight fit . I doubt that they could be "broken in" . I returned them without even trying to walk with them on a carpeted floor.

I could not get the boot on. The opening is too small for my foot. I have high insteps and I just could not get my foot into the opening without damaging the shoe or my foot. Had to return them.

Size 13, medium width. The opening in the shoe was too small to get my foot into the shoe. I had to return them. I cannot speak to the comfort, because I could get them on my feet.
