Use in commercial and industrial HVAC/R. I walk alot would be an understatement. These last about 1 year of continuous use before the sole is goes bad. Leather is strong.

I've owed 3 pairs of these boots in the past, Timberland discontinued making them for a little while and I have been on the hunt to replace these since, with no luck. I by chance came on the website and there they are, I'll be ordering a pair or 2 soon. Thank you, best boot ive ever owned.

I've had the boots for about a month now. They seem to be working out really well for me since it's winter. We will see how they do when summer comes around since they don't breathe very well.

On a concrete floor eight hours a day, on my feet ninety percent of the time. Boots are unbelievably comfortable out of the box. I have a narrow foot, most boots allow too much movement, not these, will be staying with this style for work! Feet doesn't feel tired after a normal work day.

I normally wear another brand of steel toed boots, but was intrigued by the high ratings of these boots. As I work on offshore drilling rigs and spend 13+ hours a day on my feet my boots can't be a compromise. I received these in a timely manner, there is NO break in period! Boots are soft, light weight and are extremely comfortable. I will definitely be a return customer.

I love these boots, they are good for about 1 year per pair with me and thats working 12hrs a day 5-7 days a week in Industry. They are comfortable and good weight and functional. Now the bad side, seems like every year at having them at the one year mark, the insides come loose trapping my foot. Ive seen others reviews of similar problems but its a year before it happens and i work for a place that provides me with new boots every year so thats that. Timberland will you please find a way to make the liners last longer!!!

Been wearing this for work for about 2 years. Have held up great on the outside but the lining around the heel makes them so hard to get off now I have to get someone to help. But they are still going strong, just wont wear them as much.

I've worn the boots for work for about 2 years now. They have held up good and still going, the only complaint I have is some evenings it's a struggle to get them off because of the lining.

I have worn another brand of boots for over 20 years. Due to changes in model and lack of comfort in my old brand, I tried these Tmberlnds. I have only worn these. Few days, but there are a couple of changes I would have made had Timberlnd sought my advice: - leather is stiff, yet thin. Almost cardboard like. Leaves a little to be desired at this price point. - top of the boot- all other work boots(and dress boots) that I have owned have had the leather rolled over the top to create a non-chaffing edge that keeps from rubbing your calf raw. I walk 4-6 miles in these boots and wear them for 12 hours a day x 5 days a week. BIG DEAL. I am already trying to figure out a way to correct this on my own. - lack of instructions on how to care for the material- my old brand includes "instructions" on how to maintain the leather. These don't. I have pokies mink oil as I have to countless other boots. Hope this doesn't harm them. - insoles- I purchased the expensive Timberland Pro insoles to put in my old boots. They are AWESOME. The insoles in the new boots pear to be the same, but they are not! They are about 1/2 the thickness I spent the extra thirty dollars and bought the ibetter insoles. Again, at this price point, they should have been included. If these items were corrected, this would be a solid 5 star product. I would currently hold it at 3.75 stars. The issue of the top of the boat rubbing my calves could be a deal breaker if it is not resolved soon!

My husband bought these in March and it's August and were having to go buy him another pair. The soles are coming apart and inner fabric coming undone making it hard to get off. He says they were comfortable but just didnt last him very long. He works in a chemical plant m-f 8 hrs/day.

Bought these bc I wanted a pull on style boot. When I first put them on, they felt really big and roomy compared to normal lace up boots. Added a pair of dr. scholls orthotics over the insoles to take up the extra space and they now fit great. Also were very stiff when initially opened. Just now starting to get good and broken in after right at 2 months of daily wear on a ranch. If you are going to get a pair of these boots, prepare to get some sort of orthotic/ insole to add and they will treat you very nice. I read several reviews about rubbing and causing blisters- mine haven't done any of that. When these wear out I'll definitely be getting another pair. They are kinda pricey, but seem to be well made so far.

Boot straps cause chafing on inner calf. Most socks I have come up just shy of where the top of boot is. Boots can only be worn comfortably with pants tucked into them. Will glue felt to inner bootstrap to protect from chafe. Kinda mad I paid over $200 for a boot that hurts me.

Boots are waterproof, pretty good with oil and water. Inside liner of right boot separated from shoe around 2 months in. They had to be pried of after that so were no longer slip on. Sole is separating from boot and they have now become a safety hazard. Lasted me almost 6 months....

After waiting over two months for them to come in I was very pleased with the fit and feel. Seem to break in easy an felt good but after 6 months they are falling apart. The inside lining has come loose so now it's very difficult to take them off after wearing them all day. There is also a hole in the insole now. The leather seems to be thin and has stretched a bit so now the boots feel loose. Will take them back to the store and see what they can do. Bottom line: Nice boot at first but don't plan to really work in them very long.

These boots are horrible will never buy timberlands again. I bought these thinking they would be quality boots it's been 5 months and already throwing them away. The liner on the inside after about a month or so will start trying to come out with your foot when taking off wedging you foot on the inside. Making you think you need the jaws of life to get you out of them about a 10 to 15 minute process to get them off. Then when you put your foot in it wads up under your heel. On top of that about 4 months in the leather where the steel ends has cracked through and I oil ever two weeks and wash my boots at the end of ever day. Month 5 the sole had started to separate from the boot. My last pair of boots was half the price and lasted me almost 4 years will not be a repeat client of timberlands.
