I love this brand. I have a wide foot and osteo arthritis and these shoes fit perfectly with their rounder toe box. I walk my dog 6 to 8 miles a day and have no back or knee pain with their Cloud Flyer style. All styles are lightweight and mold to the foot. I own five pair in different colors and styles. I used to wear Brooks, but would never go back to them.

Love these shoes. I work in a Cardiac Cath Lab and some days I'm on my feet 10-16 hours. I have been a Dansko's wearer for years because of their great arch support, but tried these due to urging from co-workers. Wore them for the full day straight out of the box. (I had my Dansko's too, just in case.)They are so light it feels like your barefoot, but the support is there. Only downside is if you have to walk on pebbles or gravel, they get hung in the clouds.

These are cute comfortable shoes which I bought to use on dog walks. The problem is that the tread is unusual and I come home with rocks wedged in the bottoms of the shoes. I cannot wear them into the house without removing them and cleaning the rocks out. That is my only complaint (except that they would fit better if they came in narrow sizes).

I bought these shoes as running shoes. I run about 15 miles a week. The card in the box said, take them out for a spin now! The reviews said, wow! my aches and pains were gone the first time running with these! --This is all well and good except that's not really what I experienced. I found that while I run, I don't feel the knee aches as much, my hip pain is still there. They aren't as supportive as my $40 Adidas trail runners were. I find that I get a lot of pebbles in these when I run. I am not sure if that is due to the stretchy shoe strings or just the way they fit. It hasn't been a problem enough to change the shoe strings so take that as you will. I paid $130 for these (in navy) in May, 2018. It's now July, 2018 and the cloth has worn through on the heels. To be fair, I don't exclusively run in them, I do wear them about 5 days a week. However, I work in an office and they don't get much physical wear except for when I run. While, I love the way they look, and they are okay on the comfort scale, I would in no way consider these a 5 star or think they are worth the $130 I paid. Oh- and on a side note, the soles pick up everything due to the way they are constructed. So I am constantly picking up rocks and pebbles out of my house and car, or having to stop and dig them out because they are causing me to stride differently.

I never write reviews, but ABSOLUTELY LOVE these shoes. I had actually taken one of my daughters to a store that specializes in running shoes and after a treadmill test and other tasks, they recommended these shoes for her. She decided to pass because she prefers Nike for style, but I was sold. I am in between a 7 and 7.5 and need a 7.5. I generally wear them for walking and just every day. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I actually had my other daughter try them on and she described then as tempurpedic mattresses for your feet, and wants a pair. My husband wants them as well.

Love these shoes! Was introduced to them at a local running store, and was told they are a walking shoe (which is what I was looking for). Decided to order them from Zappos and try them out. I LOVE them! I am not a runner, so I don't know how they are for running, but they are awesome for walking. Will be ordering another color because I love them so much!

I really wanted to like this shoe. It is snappy in appearance, and it is lightweight yet still supportive. I got these shoes because I was looking for slip-on athletic shoes, so the elastic laces were one of the features I wanted. However, the elastic laces were just too tight - I always felt pressure on the top of my foot. The shoes do come with traditional laces as well, which would probably have eliminated this problem. But, since I really wanted the slip-on feature, I had to return these.

I have worn a size 8 for years. When I bought my first On Cloud shoes I got the Terry style and with the reviews bought an 8.5. They were a perfect fit. So this time I read the reviews and these seemed to be a “runs normal” shoe but ordered the 8.5 anyway. I’m glad I did. These too fit perfectly.

These shoes are amazing! Super light, comfortable right out of the box! I did 8-10 miles a day at Disneyland for 3 days and my feet felt like I was walking on clouds! A keeper for sure!

i walk 8-10 miles at a time, and while these are a really nice-looking shoe, they are not made for that kind of work out. i have flatter arches i would say, and my feet ached badly after a few miles in these. they were comfortable in the toe box and didn't rub on my heel, but just didnt have the arch support for the miles i will put on them!

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes, all 3 were cheap and defective. Contact support to get a return and they violated their own 5 day policy and said no. Tried contacting them 2 more times and no reply. These are cheap knock offs. This IS A SCAM!

Third pair I've ordered. Heel breaks after 4-6 weeks of wear. I run 10-15 miles a week. This is ridiculous.

I almost always wear a size 8, but these felt tight in width, and toe was right at end. Exchanged for 8.5 and these worked great! Very comfortable and cute. Love the easy on/off laces.

Awesome shoes. Great walking shoes for me. For some reason running in them isn’t comfortable. But I walk several miles a day so they come in quite handy. Favorite shoes. Two issues, one they pick up rocks and pebbles in gravel rocks or any roads easily. Just be aware. Second and probably a design flaw - inner back top of the heel collar wears out quickly. Within a couple weeks

I love these shoes mostly bc of the way the top of the shoe fits. The top of my foot tends to swell a little bit- most sneakers are so tight and uncomfortable by the end of the day. Sometimes I even have indentations on my skin. But the laces are non-traditional and accommodate my feet- I can wear them 12+ hours and no problems at all. Will definitely buy more in other colors!

So love the look ... as far as comfort this shoe may have gotten over hyped for me , it's comfy but not mind blowingly comfy like I've been led to believe , I had some nike hat I bought on sale for 40 bucks aaand at this point I can't really tell the difference ... that being said I'm still happy with my purchase

There was no break in period; these shoes felt great from the moment I put them on. My legs and feet felt good during and after runs 10 miles or less - I found them not supportive enough for half marathons. They have lasted me about 4 months that included approx 25 miles per week. I now need new running shoes and the one reason I will not buy On again is because they collect rocks in the channel that runs from toe to heel and between the "clouds". It's been frustrating to have to stop randomly to pick out rocks mid run.

Didn't understand the allure since they didn't feel cushioned at the sole. The padding at the bottom felt very minimal. Will be returning these unfortunately.

BUYER BEWARE! This company is really bad, if you have to order a cloud walk product, do so through another vendor. CLOUD WALK DOES NOT DO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY DO.

Very cheap material, the support is bad, they ask you to send pictures of the foot with a tape measure within 24 hours otherwise they will close the case, like trying to get away some how from the beginning ( I’m talking about on cloud walk company)
