I have been wanting a pair of these shoes for a while and finally bought them only to be pretty disappointed. They are not very flexible, kind of heavy and pinched at the widest part of my foot. I ordered a 7.5 and I'm usually a 7 or 7.5 depending on the shoe.

While like the look of the Vince Blair 5 (I purchased the white/natural), they run wide and my feet were pronating in them. I probably could have added a heel insert to prevent them from slipping off the back of my feet, but for close to $200, they should fit perfectly.

I really wanted to love these shoes. I've always been a perfect 8M, and shoes always fit me. However, this pair of shoes were really comfortable except for one thing that made walking very difficult. There is a wad of stitching on the outside top of my little toe on both shoes. Except for this design flaw, I would love these shoes.

These did not look like the picture. The color was very grey and the platform was smaller than appears. Also the fit is pretty narrow and the seam rubbed my toes.

The shoe is nice and classy but the fit is not great. The length is good but the shoe is much narrower than normal. I do not wear wide width shoes but this shoe was definitely narrow.

These came highly recommended and I was really looking forward to a higher quality, leather replacement of the Target slip-on sneakers I've been wearing. I love the style because I can wear them on the weekend with leggings and a sweater and be casual and comfortable or to work with skinny trousers and a dolman top and still feel chic. Unfortunately, these were unwearable for me. I am a size 11 in almost every brand I've ever worn (size down to 10 in some athletic shoes) and I do not have wide feet, but these were excruciatingly tight across my metatarsals. I tried wearing them around my house with thick socks, which was extremely painful, but there was no improvement upon sock removal. I think because the elastic can stretch, it's preventing the leather from stretching adequately. Sad to return these but they're meant to be easy and comfortable, so they're just not worth keeping. They are attractive and well-made and come with a nice dust bag.

These shoes felt very clunky and not very appealing.

It was too narrow like previous reviews noted. I have an average width foot size and these were way to stiff and tight.

These shoes are beautiful but as some of the reviews said, narrow. To the point of being uncomfortable. If you had a wide I would buy them.

The length seemed almost too big but they were SO SO tight. I could hardly get them on. I’m normally a 7-7.5 and based on other reviews I purchased the 7. I’ll exchange for the 7.5 and see but I’m guessing they will be too long.

These are VERY narrow and long. I'm usually an 8.5, and I had to order a 1/2 size down (8). Lengthwise, they were ok. My feet are not wide, and these were too narrow. Very nice shoe otherwise.

I was sad to have to return these as they were too narrow! I ordered a 5.5 as recommended by other reviewers (I'm normally a true 6) and the size / length was just right. However, I decided to wear them around the house as these shoes were more expensive than I'm used to spending so I wanted to be sure and I found that my foot was being squished! They were too narrow! I was sad as the leather is really soft and quality felt nice. For a pricer shoe, I was expecting little to no break in period, but unfortunately, I think I would have to invest in a few blisters for this shoe to work out for me. Really very narrow - I wanted them to fit so badly but they were so painful that even 30 mins was too much to bear. Otherwise very nice as long as you order a half size lower than usual.

I like the style but its not as comfortable as I expected. I'm a size 7.5 went to 7.0 but still my foot comes out at the back, so I have to return it. Sorry.

Too tight

These shoes didn't feel like they would be comfortable.

Ugh…I wanted to love these but I had to return them. I have a wide foot and thought these would comfortable after wearing around the house to stretch out but after 6 hours my foot felt like it was in a vice. The shoe seems well made but too uncomfortable for me.

So bummed. I wear a true 7, these are way too big in a 7. I added an insert and it still wasn’t enough. ?

I love the look of these shoes and after several friends recommended them I ordered a pair. The fit is fine, but the interior construction has changed and the edges where the elastic gussets insert are now exposed and scratchy. I returned them. I hope Vince will revert to the original construction, I'll be the first to buy again.

These are attractive shoes. So nice to have leather in and out. I did not size down, and they fit me true to size... I am an 8.5 M in USA sizing. One shoe was slightly narrower and shorter than the other, but it was not worth exchanging to see if I could get a better matched pair. What killed it for me was the thin flat sole...as bad as a cheap flip flop. Really? At this price point I expect much better. Vince quality in clothing varies wildly, so it makes sense the same goes for the shoes. Sad....

It hurts my two sides toward my front feet. I couldn't even walk for couple steps. What a disappointment of Vince.

These are way too narrow and painful, even after having them stretched. I would not recommend these shoes unless you have truly narrow feet. That said, they appear to be well made and sturdy, and are super cute. I really wanted to keep these, but the pain was unbearable.

Too small.

Sadly I ordered down like so many said to do but they were too tight on my feet. I must have a wide foot.
