Great fit! I usually wear size 8.5 narrow. The 8s fit perfectly. Super comfortable. Still getting used to the thong part rubbing between my toes but I think they will be just perfect after a little more time.

Original Tevas are great. I prefer this design over the typical strap Tevas because I can undo the strap in back and slip them on as flip flops for quick runs outside, etc. These run big - I'm a 9 in all my other Tevas and i was swimming in the 9s, so I got an 8 and they're perfect.

This is my go to shoe in the summer when I know I'm going to be active. Even when my feet get wet I still feel steady and secure in them. Previous reviews stated the strap is on the short side... I'll agree with that even though they fit me fine. I wear a 7.5 but have small ankles and bones, so this was a non-issue for me. This is my second pair only because my dog chewed the first pair after I had them a year. I'll buy them again if I get the chance to wear them out or she eats these too

I truly adore these sandals!
I work as a photographer on the North Carolina Beaches and these are my "go-to" shoes!
They are comfy, feel like flip-flops yet give the support of sandals. I hope Teva never stops making these great sandals!

I based my purchase on the rave reviews from my daughter. She wore them everyday on a recent trip to Europe. The style goes well with casual dresses as well as shorts and pants. That's a bonus if you can eliminate extra shoes when packing for a trip. I haven't worn them very much, so I can't comment on the fit and comfort. Around the house, they've been very comfortable. Mine seem to be true to size and I have quite a substantial size difference between my two feet. I have had other Teva sandals over the years,and each have been very comfy.I normally wear an 8.5 and these go right to the end of the shoe on my larger foot.

I've worn this style of Tevas every day for the last 6 summers. It's flexible and comfortable, but it's also strong and these shoes last forever! The basic black color goes with all kinds of clothing. And these shoes are washable and dry quickly.

I was looking for a simple sandal and I went to Teva's website because I used to own flip-flops by Teva before. Immediately the "Original Sandal" caught my eye. Mostly because I love the simplicity and the type of strap used. I love that they look like flip flips in the front (and I can wear them as such if I don't fasten the back strap) and when I need the extra support (like for skateboarding), I close the back. I've already had numerous people stop me and asked me where I got them, as they'd been looking for exactly a pair like mine.

I had to return these because I wanted something dressier. But I own Tevas and they are great sandals. The material is like a rough nylon though so you can get blisters. I would recommend the fabric ones they have. They look a bit too casual for me, but would be great for walking outdoors and at concerts and such.

These are my favorite sandals. I bought them for a trip overseas and they were perfect. I walked miles in them, wore them swimming and wore them with cute summer dresses. They are so comfortable and look great with anything. I will definitely buy a pair of these again.

A few years ago I purchased a pair of these, I could wear these sandals everyday. My old ones finally fell apart...I want to repurchase them but only black .....come on teva... can you do this sandal in other colors like the past.

Bought this sandal a few years ago in a beautiful blue/turquoise print webbing with turquoise footbed. Absolutely love it. I wear it casually when at the lake and when kayaking. Please release this style in more colors.

I was getting frustrated with the lack of summer shoes thick enough for biking (that would also stay put both on my foot and on the pedal and not cause me to smack my toes or heels at some point) but also waterproof for the inevitable Pittsburgh rainy days when I'm slogging around. These are absolutely it. I can bike up the steep hill to my house in these without any bend in the sole, there's just enough insole for a good arch support, they stay put on my feet and they're honestly...kind of attractive once you're used to them. I keep getting compliments and questions about them when I wear them out. Definitely my new go-to summer athletic sandal.
