I was so excited to find a pair of heels that were comfortable. Haven't worn them to the wedding yet, but I think these will be fine because of the broad heels. They offer stability, which should help me dance in them!

These shoes are very nice. They seem comfortable, but I haven't worn them yet for a significant amount of time. The heel seems sturdy, which is important to me.

Comfortable, but ran large. I'm ordering a 1/2 smaller.

I am very pleased with this shoe. It fits comfortably and looks great. This was my first experience shopping for shoes on line and it was a very positive experience.

These shoes turned out to be perfect. I am wearing them for my son's wedding which will be held in a garden. The heel is just what I need so I don't walk across the lawn puncturing holes like a golf pro. They are extremely comfortable so no aching feet and I shouldn't spill any drinks!

This shoe worked perfectly for me. I was a little concerned by the reviewers who thought it slipped a little, but I wore it without hose and had no problems. i can usually wear a 7.5 or 8, and I bought this in a 7.5. I wore it for casual nights out in San Francisco and Napa. It's very comfortable. Will likely buy it in another color.

Shoe was everything I wanted and more! It was extremely flattering and the wider heel made it easy to walk in all night. Not an easy task to tackle for a size 12!

Very attractive shoe, but was a bit loose in the arch area and a bit slippery in the front. I was concerned it would not feel good for a long wedding event, needed more support.

Perfect sandal for a black tie wedding invite. Arrived very quickly and were so comfortable for the entire evening.

These shoes in black look elegant for dressing up but can also be dressed down. The 2 inch heel is stable and fine for walking. The feel wonderful. The only issue (minor) is the back strap is now sewn where it hooks to the shoe. While wearing them the strap slid down where it was attached and the strap began to loosen on my heel. I actually thought the strap was coming unfastened. However, once I realized what was happening, I simply slid the strap back up to its original position. That secured the strap on my heel and tightened it right up. This is a minor issue and I would highly recommend these sandals for their comfort and lovely appearance. I wear them quite often and really enjoy them!

It is very difficult to find well fitting shoes for my wide feet, but this pair of sandals feels comfortable and looks great. I plan to wear it for a black tie event.

I ordered these for my 15 year old daughter's homecoming dance. They're elegant! The lower heel was easy for her to walk in. I love the fact that they come in narrow widths as well. She has very narrow feet. She typically wears a 9, but the 9.5 worked best for her in this shoe.

I've been looking for shoes like this for years! I have a wide foot and have not been able to find comfortable dressy shoes like these ever. I'm usually an 8WW but with these I'm a 7.5W. The fit is perfect. They're gorgeous and comfortable! They have rubber soles and built in pads in the ball and heel of the shoe. Also the strap has elastic in it for added comfort. Thank you and your designers Mark Lemp! You guys are geniuses! I got them in silver and gold and will probably get them in black as well. In the past the only gold or silver shoes I've been able to find in a wide width are flats and although they look dressy a heel always makes one feel dressier. Love these shoes!

This shoe was exactly the sandal I was looking for for an event that involves standing and walking most of the time. They will look great with pants.

Bought these heels for my 84 year old mother to wear to my sons wedding. They look great on her narrow foot and very comfortable!

I was happy to see this shoe in my exact size (11M)! Surprised to find that it was too wide! No chance of making up the difference with socks in this style! A 12N will probably also be too wide. Nice looking, comfortable, and well-made show. Attention to detail, with some felt on the instep to stop your foot from sliding. Still looking for something to replace a Lifestride strappy wedge - the 11M fit me perfectly but it's discontinued.

The shoes (above) are lovely. But even better was the superior assistance I received from the person I ordered them from on Zappos. When I've mentioned this to other people, those who have already shopped at Zappos have without exception agreed about the company's excellent service and excellent products. I can wholeheartedly recommend Zappos to others.

My experience was an excellent one. I found the type of shoe I was looking for (black dress sandals), it arrived on time, as promised, and it fit perfectly.

I typically need a 5 1/2 WW shoe, which are hard to find. I got a 6 WW, and it fits perfectly. Work for the full 8 hours of my son's wedding day with no major issues. The seam under the ball of my foot bothered me a little by the end. I am very happy with these!

Cute shoe but too short for me, I don't think I will order a bigger size because they put a seam in the middle where the ball of your foot hits. I can tell it will be annoying if I wear it very long. Too bad, I don't understand why manufacturers do that!

Very pretty shoe. Not quite as elegant with the thick heel, but more stable as a result. This shoe is more comfortable than most strappy sandals for those with wide feet like mine. I need these for a wedding, and they seem pretty well sized width-wise, so I am hopeful.
