Took some time to break in, the first two or three wears scrapped against my ankle and pinched my pinkie toe but eventually it adapted to my feet and now are comfortable.

I have pretty wide feet and it's hard to find flats that are comfortable. They were pretty comfortable but after a day of walking my feet did start to hurt but I guess that comes from any shoe.

These are so cute in the grey chevron! They are a bit tight on the width and will need to be broken in, the first time I wore them I needed to change shoes halfway through the day...I am keeping them though.

The top, outside edge of this shoe is a little tight and pinches my feet, but I am hoping that will change once they are broken in a little. Other than that, they are very comfy and cute!

This is a really cute shoe and well made. It felt comfy... until I walked. The upper shoe material is pretty stiff and the way it hit on my foot, it digs when I bend my foot. I don't think they will stretch or soften so I am returning them unfortunately.

These shoes are super cute, but they are slightly uncomfortable. They seem to be tight in the toe area. I still wear them and am hoping they might stretch out!

Very stiff, but comfortable enough. Looking forward to breaking them in.

I just shopped for black ballet flats from the comfort of my living room. I tried 7 pairs, but only one worked. My feet seem to be wide in the toe area, but narrow at the heel, so I tried 7.5 medium in all cases. This pair was very attractive for this style of shoe, and almost felt comfortable; they have better arch support and overall foot bottom support than the ones I'm keeping, but they were a little tight across the toe knuckle, so sadly, I'm sending them back.

These were okay shoes, but they didn't fit quite right. They seemed like they would be comfortable once I broke them in. Ultimately, I returned them because I just wasn't in love with the look.

I don't usually buy a wide shoe but I needed it in this one. I love them though! So comfy.

Quite comfy, versatile. Look like they will last a while through the New York hustle and bustle.

I was looking for a cute pair of flats to pair with my skinny jeans now that boots season is over. I wanted something practical and did not want to pay too much. Scrolling through the shoes, I came across these adorable Dr. Scholl's Friendly. The black patent leather caught my eye. I read a fair amount of reviews before deciding to purchase my normal size (7) and it was a plus to see that they are sold in W as well. I have Morton's Neuroma and need the wide toe box to avoid flare-ups. They came the very next day, which is one of the many reasons that I love Zappos! I put them on immediately, as always wearing a pair of thin socks, and went about doing my household chores. After about an hour I realized that I had them on! They are very comfortable and fit perfectly! I wore them the following evening out for dinner and they did not disappoint! They are definitely keepers and I got it right by going with my first instinct and ordering my normal size and width. I usually order two pairs if I am not exactly sure because Zappos' return policy is so fantastic! (Another reason I love them!) I really like the Caravan Sands. Those are next on my list to order.

There should be an option where you don't put in any other information if the shoe doesn't fit. I don't know how comfortable it might be. I can't get it on! Definitely order a half size up, maybe a whole size up. It's a cute shoe but I can't really tell you how it holds up.

I wish the color was just slightly lighter or had more of a pink undertone instead of yellow. I think it would be more flattering that way. The shoe fits true to size. I do feel like it can be a little too tight around my toes by the end of the day. The cushioning is good and the shoes are comfortable though. They get even better the more your wear them. They would be even better if they breathed.

I have had a pair of these for 2 years. I work in NYC and do a lot of walking during my commute and these are very comfortable (I have big feet (size 11) and know what it's like to wear a shoe that's too small or uncomfortable). I put some pretty serious wear and tear on them and now the outer has scuffed and torn a bit, which you can't really fix, so I'm ordering a new pair. Lasted two years, got a lot out of them, worth the price.

Order 0.5 1 size up and consider ordering the wide width-it's not that wide. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7 in a wide width. I ordered this shoe in a 7 W and it is still too tight across the top of the foot. It doesn't fit like a wide width shoe. I am exchanging them for a 7.5 W and hoping for the best because I really like the shoe otherwise.

Very comfortable shoe. Runs true to size. Like the color. The toe of the shoe is a little rounder than I like.

I was looking for a good work shoe, and I think after awhile this will work just fine. The shoe itself fits, but the top of the shoe digs into the top of my foot in a pretty painful way. I'm hopeful that after a couple more weeks of dealing with the pain it will stretch out and serve my needs.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable AND cute; almost perfect. One thing I have had an issue with is how absorbent the soft lining is. I don't wear socks with my flats, and the cushy lining of this shoe absorbs every odor and ounce of moisture from my feet. Kind of a personal problem, I know.

I wear an 11W due to bunions, and have been looking for a cute neutral flat for work and to dress up jeans and such. This one was cute, but the length was too short. So I had to return them.

The back of this shoe did rub my heel the first day, but stopped soon thereafter. Comfortable, a cute shape and the nude color makes this flat very versatile.
