This boot runs about a half size too big. Also the leather's sheen makes them look like cheap, plastic boots. They are an inch or two below knee high which is never flattering. I'm sending them back.

I love the style, but just as much as I want to like these boots, my ankles roll in when I walk, even with arch support insert. The left and right boots don't look/fit the same either. Too bad!

These are cute boots but they are designed for someone much shorter (I am 5'9"). The proportions were just off and ankle bunching was extreme. They are nice boots if you of average height.

Very disappointed with the huge production error. I was aware at purchase that all sizes regardless would say 7M on the inside lining. The bottom sole of the shoe said 7 1/2 (which is my correct size that I ordered). However, this shoes feels a half to one whole size smaller. I am a true 7 1/2 and I've never had a problem with that size fitting me. It's is deffinitely going back for a size 8. I want this shoe to work because I absolutely love the style. Fingers crossed. Size up for sure!!

These boots are cute and fit me quite well, however the color listed as Navy is really purple in natural light. Very disappointed to return them, but I wanted blue boots, not purple.

This boot was average or a little below in terms of feel and construction. It definitely did not feel like it was quality to the touch! Not worth the price in that way. Once on they look so stubby and wide in the foot that I found it unflattering. They just looked awful on - not stylish at all. Weird cuz so many reviews said they were?! I expected something edgy and cool. It basically looked like a cheap store boot that would have that plastic tie thing joining them together swinging on a hook for $19.99. Not special.

I have owned a pair of Miz Mooz "Paz" boots, very similar to the now offered Bloom and wore them to pieces. I couldn't have loved them more. I was elated to replace them with a new Bloom but was so disappointed when they arrived. The calf size is way too big. I could stick my whole arm down the side of the calf while wearing them. I am a thin person with big feet but I hope boot manufacturers understand foot size doesn't translate to body size. I hope the company Miz Mooz gets this feedback because nobody makes shoes with the wonderful style like these.

I have coveted this boot from afar for many years, and now that I own them, I am disappointed with the quality. After one wear, the red leather on the toe was scuffed pretty badly and after two or three wears, I'm going to need to take these boots to a cobbler to see if they can get the toes and back heel looking better. They are comfy and cute, but I am truly surprised at the lack of quality given the price tag. I would not buy these boots again, sadly.

I am so disappointed by these boots. I was so eager to receive them; however, when I put them on, my toes were completely numb within thirty minutes! My toes had enough room, as the toe of the shoe is wide, but the shoe itself is so narrow! I have medium sized feet and have never had to order a wide shoe, but these are extremely uncomfortable! I could not spend my whole day wearing these shoes. If you have medium/wide feet, these shoes are not for you. I do not think they are made for comfort, only style. The calf part of the boot was wide and didn't fit my leg very nicely. I'm sad to return these as they were so much money and I was expecting them to be great. These are shoes you should try on before you buy!

Terrible quality! I wanted to love these boots! But the quality is dismal. I had to get them resoled twice in the first 6 months of owning them and the soles cracked again before the year was out. The beautiful green color crackles and fades almost immediately, turning these into much more casual boots than they would otherwise be. All that aside, I love them and will continue to wear them until they fall completely apart. Definitely NOT worth even close to the price.

I ordered the red ones 5 years ago. I loved them. Unfortunately the zipper broke and nowhere could replaced it because of the color. I finally decided to order another pair. I was really disappointed when it arrived. The color was not the deep red color I remembered. It had an orange glow. And the left one was slightly darker than the right one. The color was faded a little around the buttons. The quality of detail that was not the same either. The stitches around the zipper were coming out. I won't be able to exchange because I got the last pair for that size. Really disappointing.

Ordering these boots I was very exited, they looked so cute on the picture. But I was very disappointed when I received them. The quality is bad, the leather is very thin and cheap, stitching job was done poorly, zipper is already detached from the leather in a few places. I do not fancy an idea of going to a shoe repair place before waring those boots even once, especially if I paid this much for them.

These boots were adorable and really comfortable (I did not mind the lack of arch support because I have really flat feet), but unfortunately the zipper ripped away from the boot after only seven months and Miz Mooz only guarantees their boots against manufacturing defects for six months. When they told me there was nothing they could do since the defect occurred at seven months instead of within six months, I was extremely disappointed that such expensive boots that I had not worn that much were no longer wearable. When I said that I would even be willing to pay to get them repaired, I was told that they do not have the ability to repair their products. I have never bought a pair of such expensive shoes from a company that stands behind their products so little.

I returned these because the leather was of surprisingly poor quality for shoes at this price point. The red dye came off on my hands just from handling them briefly. The leather felt papery and crackly, and looked cheap. Some reviewers have said they believe the boots are not real leather, but I think the leather is just substandard. I hope this doesn't represent a new direction for Miz Mooz. Their designs are unmatched -- but cheap materials seriously degrade the form.

I love my boots. I have them in the red and the brown. The only problem is that they scuff so so so easily! And they got scuffed up quickly! I can't find red shoe polish to touch them up, either. They weren't inexpensive so I'm not very happy about the fact that they show wear very quickly.

I am normally a fan of Miz Mooz shoes, however, I was really disappointed with these boots because of the super wide shaft. According to the description, the shaft is supposed to be 13 inches. I measured my calf at the widest point and it is just under 13 inches. When I measured the shaft on the boots, it is 16 inches. I like my boots to be form-fitting around the calf, and the description and the video on these boots made it look like they should fit snugly around the calf. But they are huge and frumpy looking around my calves. It is a real bummer because I really like the style and comfort of the boots otherwise. Unfortunately, I will need to return them. :(

I ordered these boots because it says they have a 13" shaft. They are way bigger than that and I looked like a little kid trying on her mom's boots. Not a good look for a woman in her mid thirties. They were super cute and I was sad I had to return them. Zappos, can you please do a more realistic job of listing the shaft size in boots? I've ordered 3 pairs and only one was true to the size you had listed.
