Roomy, multiple compartment; I took it on a cruise and it carried a lot of stuff. Highly recommended.

This book bag is durable, fashionable and affordable. I bought it to replace my daughters backpack and initially went to a popular high end store which adds customization for a fee. The quality and style were good but for the price this book bag beat it. I was able to purchase the lunch box and book bag for less than the book bag at the high end store. Very happy with the product and glad I could save money too!

So far the book bag is great prefect room for all my sons things he needs to tote back and forth to and from school.

Well made. We live in a cold climate and it is hard to find a fat enough backpack to fit the sneakers/snow pants/lunchbox/binders. This appears to be large enough for what we will need in the winter months. And if it happens to be needed, we can always clip a lunchbox on the front with the clip provided.

My daughters backpack arrived as scheduled. She loves the color and is very pleased with her choice.

I love this bag! The bag is a great size for my son (roughly 50th percentile for an 8 year old) and he loves the way the compartments are divided up. It's spacious and well-organized, and of course he loves it for the design. It seems well-made and is all loaded up with his back-to-school items with no signs of distress to the bag. It is a great value in my price comparisons.

The large back zipper will hold a 15 inch laptop, yet it will not be in a sleeve. The sleeve on the back pocket can hold the width of a tablet like the iPad or Samsung or a spiral notebook but not a binder of any kind. No cushion/padding at the bottom so binders and other items are better for this bag. Very light weight, which is like the Sierra loop - and about 2 less pockets then the sierra loop backpack. Straps are comfy but wished the suspension was on the straps.

High Sierra is high quality backpacks made especially for school. I've been using this brand for years.

Holy amounts of space Batman! Whether trying to catch the Joker using its sturdy straps or thwart the Penguin with is massive opening it will do you wonders! Also, it holds all my kids school supplies.

I was hesitant to buy the Fatboy for my elementary aged child, so glad I decided to just buy it, it is perfect! So well made and so much better than the Jansport, truly EXCELLENT quality.

I have been purchasing the Fat Boy backpack since my oldest was in First Grade. She's 27, and I'm still buying this backpack for my youngest. (He's 14.) The Fat Boy backpack has never let us down, and has lasted several years for each of my 6 kids. They never go out of style, and they wash beautifully. We have often handed them down to the next kiddo, and after a good wash, it looks brand new. Thank you, High Sierra for the many years of school that your back packs have joined us through. I have used them through my own college days, and will again, as soon as I get back into school.

Bigger than what was expected. Very nice quality. Water bottle holder was what we wanted to be great and it was.
