These are solid shoes, and great for daily wear. My feet are between medium and wide for width, and to start off these shoes felt narrow in the bridge of the foot. But as I broke them in, they felt great...but if you are a true wide foot, definitely don't get these, as they will be too narrow.

I liked the shoes, but they slipped at the heel. So I had to return them. They were comfortable and nice looking but I couldn’t keep them on.

Order half size up. Width is good. However the top part hurts if you have a chubby foot. It needs to be stretched out. After 3 painful days, it was good.

These shoes are very pretty and comfortable. It is so nice to purchase a pair of shoes that fit my narrow feet and don't cost an arm and a leg.

It is pretty but just didn’t feel good on my foot. Also, I wear orthotics and would need to remove the insole which you can’t in these shoes. It would be helpful if information about removable insoles was available.

Gave them maybe an evening’s worth of breaking in, then they were super comfortable for a day out! Shoes can be hit or miss for me because I have super wide feet, and sometimes even the EE width shoes I order will be cramped around my toes. These were a very pleasant surprise, and I really love the brown color! Might consider getting them in black, as well.

This show fits perfectly, provides the arch support I need and looks pretty.

I'm normally a size 11 but had to exchange for a 12, because they were too tight around the toe, They are extremely comfortable and was able to wear them all day at work and then after. A great shoe and I would order again.

This is my favorite flat. I wear a 6.5 medium and the fit is perfect. These shoes are comfortable, stylish and nice enough to be worn with either pants or skirts. I have worn them all day with no issues. I love these shoes and will buy then again (and again).

Amazing shoe! I have wide feet and bunions, ordered a 8.5 in D width. I received them last night and am wearing at work today, no breaking in required. So very comfortable and super cute, I absolutely recommend this shoe!

These are so comfortable, and the W felt perfect. I get excited when a shoe has a double wide for a bunion I have on one foot, but I didn't need that in these shoes and sent those back and the regular wide is perfect. The padding is perfect and they are great for all day in the office.

The fit is great! If I don't feel any discomfort when trying the shoes on, I know they will work fine. These felt great as soon I put them on. I needed a shoe that was a little more dressy since I can't wear heels anymore. I've worn Soft Spots in the past and they work fine!

This is my first online shoe buying experience. Has taken 4 returns and 5 shoes. This one is finally perfect. Comfortable and stylish right out of the box. It can only get better. I’ve been searching for an “all purpose” brown shoe. I’ve been dealing with my feet swelling at the end of the day and need something that supports my foot health but doesn’t look frumpy. This seems to fit all my needs and desires. I ordered an 11W because of the swelling and I would says it’s true to size. The foot bed is padded and comfortable. The color is as presented in the picture online.

My comfy black flats last year lost their comfort within the first few months, and I was determined to find the perfect pair this year. Halfway through the year, I resorted to the "cute" shoes with the teal bottoms, but they weren't comfy after a few hours. THESE ARE! These are comfy from the first wearing (a little snug across the top of the foot but nothing that won't correct with one or two full wearing), and they are the perfect height to wear with jeans or leggings. The detail on the toe with the buckle isn't too distracting.

My 64-year-old feet have become misshapen by arthritis and bunions; finding properly fitting shoes is a challenge. I am a size 8 Narrow, so it is really hard for me to find shoes that are comfortable, cute, and fit. These shoes are all three! I love the look of them with slacks, skirts, and dresses. They are also very comfortable and fit my narrow foot perfectly. I wear them all day while I am constantly on my feet and have had no trouble. If you are a size narrow, these are great!

These shoes are very comfortable! I have a narrow foot and find it very frustrating to find shoes that fit well. I'm on my feet all day at work and needed a cute, but comfy pair of shoes that would look good with cropped pants etc.- these are those shoes!

Wow! Comfortable right out of the box! It usually takes 3 or 4 tries to find flats that don't hurt my feet. Very happy with these.

These shoes look great for work and are so comfortable! I have been wearing them every work day for the past week and a half!

Love the style. The 8 was too short but the width (N) was perfect. The 8.5 was the right length, but a lot wider than the 8. Felt like a M, not N. Sad to have to return both.

I really thought these shoes were adorable! I like the contrast of the red leather with the brown on the toe. The leather was very soft and supple and the soles were very springy and supportive! I'm waiting for the other colors to come in my width!

I really wanted to keep these shoes, but sadly I had to return them. I love the look with the braiding/metal detail. They cut across the top of my big toe in a specific area that sometimes hurts and I could tell that this shoe would aggrevate this part of my foot if I wore them for a entire day. They cushioning is very nice. I would say these would be perfect for casual/business casual wear. The stitching on this shoe is grey not black and I think for that reason I wouldn't wear these with a dress or for a dressy occasion.

I normally wear an 8, needed an 8.5 in these. I had an earlier version of this show from years ago that are my absolute go to flat for work when I am meeting with clients (florist, on my feet all day) - good looking, great support. I do not remember them fitting so snugly when I first purchased them, so willing to try to break them in
