I always have trouble finding shoes because of really bad bunions on both feet. My feet are wide to begin with....so I was very happy to find these, as I need a flat shoe for work (I'm a teacher, and on my feet, running after the kids, all day long). These are bouncy and comfortable, right out of the box. Excellent quality too. You can tell they will last a long time since they are very well made. I did have trouble finding the right size at first, but that is due to my problematic feet & not the product. Often I order a size 9 or 9.5 because shoes are never wide enough for me. So I tried the 9 D width first. They were too long but not wide enough. So, thanks to Zappos easy return policy, I sent them back and got the 8.5 EE width. These were perfect, and I put them right on & taught all day in them! Another advantage: they don't look like "fat" shoes! In fact, they make your feet look smaller. I got them in the black, but the first pair I ordered was the redwood, which I also really liked as a terrific neutral. I will most likely order a 2nd pair in that color! Thank you Zappos, for carrying so many great shoes for those of us with unruly feet.

The toe box was a little snug and I am usually a 8 to a 8½; I ordered the 8½. They felt very wide, I wore them in the house and my feet kept coming out of them. I tried to put innersoles in to tighten them up but it did not work. I am not going to order them in the narrow because I am afraid that they will be too tight in the toe. Other than that they are very cute and exactly what I have been looking for: "not too flat" flats. The search continues...

Having purchased other Softspots shoes in the past I already knew I was a fan and when I saw this shoe I knew I had to give it a try: cute, not "too flat" flats available in wide. What's more, I loved the front buckle design. I found my previous pair of Softspots stretched over time to the point they became too big so I ordered a half size down with these shoes (usually wear 9, bought 8 1/2). They are perfect, I have been wearing them to work almost every day since I bought them. I wear them with skirts, pants, dresses and not had any discomfort -- even at the end of several very long days with considerable time on my feet. They are super versatile and super comfortable! I love Softspots. Only downside so far is the leather does tend to "scuff" a little but so far it hasn't really affected the overall appearance. And as always Zappos super fast shipping is amazing and a life saver. Love Zappos!

These flats are extremely comfortable. I've worn them twice to my job and feel great support all day. However, like I've said, I've only worn them twice and unfortunately the toe has already a layer of color somehow scuffed off. Take a look at the picture attached. I really love the comfort and style of these shoes and want to wear them and recommend them to others, but the quality did not meet my standards.

First, let me say I have had these shoes for about 4 years now. They are very comfortable and the low heel is great. The only thing I don't like is the toes are scuffed up and peeling. If this was a solid leather upper, it shouldn't have the finish flake off. I only wear them about 10 times a year too.

Very comfortable! I have a problem with a right big toe joint that's bigger than on my left foot (thanks to a recent injury). Finding shoes is a pain but these were fantastic! Comfortable for a somewhat wide foot, and very soft, comfy insole.

Very good quality shoes; nice leather and buckle detail, comfy insoles. A little snug in toe box (I ordered my regular size), but I think they just need to be broken in.

What a fab shoe…in looks, comfort and style. Ordered a couple sizes…my regular size was right on perfect, 7 1/2 N. The fit and wonderful comfort of the cushioned foot bed makes this good looking flat a Must Have. Thanks Zappo for your patience and service in permitting multiple orders and returns to get the right shoe and fit.

Nice looking and quality shoe. I needed an extra wide for my bunions, but that made the heel way too wide. Had to return. Too bad. Nice padding also.

I absolutely love these new shoes ! I have a wide foot and was looking for a comfortable flat. I bought them in black and loved them so much that I also bought them in the tobacco silk they are a classic looking style and look great with leggings or pants or skirts. I'm so pleased that I found these as it so difficult for me to find a shoe that fits comfortably. I did not find them tight in the toe at all; they fit me perfectly! I wear a seven wide and that's what I bought and I'm very pleased ?? I might even buy some more's colors !

I bought these in a metallic bronze a year or so ago, and they have become my favorite shoe. I'm a teacher and have wide (aka fat) feet, and these are my go-to flats. I would get them in every color, except that brown looks a little funky. I still get compliments on them, even if the bronze has rubbed a bit on the toes. :) I would definitely buy again. Most flats rub me wrong over my big toe long bone area (I call it my toe knuckle), but these are awesome. They were slightly snug when I first wore them, but they have stretched to be perfect. Love, love, love these shoes!!

First of all, my bunion, hammertoes, corns and sore feet say a whopping "THANK YOU"!!! I ordered an 8W and I wore them immediately out of the box! They are so comfortable and fit like a glove! I look forward to using these shoes to serve our passengers onboard, as well as wearing them in the airport terminal as the little bit of a heel and rubber sole support will make it easy to trek from gate to gate! This shoe is so classy looking that I couldn't resist buying it. I'm glad I did, as I love this smart looking flat and have it in two different colors to go with my wardrobe.

Love these shoes! I wear a narrow and they fit well in width. I had to get a half size larger than normal for length. I had surgery on my left foot and continue with some pain. These shoes are a life safer and I ordered a second pair.

I have a VERY wide foot (EEEE) and a high arch. Finding shoes is always problematic. These fit great. They do not cut or rub at all right out of the box. Wore them in the Chicago spring heat and humidity (swollen feet) walking for hours with absolutely no problem.

Loved the look and the cushioning of the shoe, but sadly they don't make 10 1/2. 10 is just a tad too tight on my toes, 11 too big. Sad to have to return these.

These are my favorite pair of flats for work due to comfort! They fit great and have for quite a while. The insoles do not peel up around the toes, these are very durable on the inside. My only complaint is that the toe scuffs up very easily and the material tore after a few weeks of wear. I managed to glue the tear down and it's not too noticeable. Photo shows shoes after constant use after 4 months of wear.

First of all, these are cute looking out of the box and on my foot. I like the layers and the blue is gorgeous. Second, they're SO comfortable! They're soft and make my feet feel happy when I wear them. They also don't chew up my heel. Unfortunately, I had to take off stars because of the material. Within the first hours of wearing these shoes my right toes had peeling. I can only imagine it was from simply holding the door to roll my cart of gear in (I'm a school nurse). Over the course of the last few weeks both sides have scuffed, and today simply trying to unlock the wheels of a table at a school and it took a significant amount off of these fragile shoes. Only reason I wouldn't buy these same shoes again, but we'll see how they wear over two short weeks! Hopefully I can figure out a way to make it look intentional

Comfortable shoe. I took them out of the box and taught in them all day with no pain. One odd piece of information: each morning I put them on they feel too tight, but within one minute, the leather softens up and conforms to your foot like magic. So if you purchase these -- give them a minute to shape to your foot before you decide to return them.

I usually wear a 9.5 to 10w. I got these in a 9.5 WW and they were just a smidge short. They were definitely not too wide either. My foot is only kinda wide, I wear normal width when wides aren't available. So if in doubt, size up. They are lovely shoes. Soft inside, and nice leather outside. Not much arch support however. I bought the brown and navy color. They cute cute cute. I returned for a 10WW.

These flats look great and are perfect for the office. The built-in cushioning is nice but does *not* provide sufficient arch support. I have average (not high) arches, but after wearing these shoes for a couple of hours, my feet were in excruciating pain. A pair of arch inserts did the trick, though, and now these are my go-to black flats.

These shoes fit my wide feet with narrow heels. Great support to wear all day running around while teaching.

Comfortable right from the box.

Really like this brand shoe. This is my second pair. The slight heel on the Comfortiva Posie makes a nice stance. I need wide widths and the toe box and cut of the style allow for a bunion bone. I especially like the navy/chocolate color and a new look for a classic style.

These shoes are super comfortable and equally stylish. I work at a large campus where a walk from one meeting to another can exceed 10 minutes. I need to look professional and yet still be able to walk at a brisk pace throughout the day. These shoes fit the bill exactly. I'm between an 8.5 and a 9 and ordered the 8.5. The shoes stayed in place throughout the day. Quality leather. I can see these shoes standing the test of time. Note: The toe area is on the form-fitting side, so I can imagine that long toenails with these shoes would be a problem.
