Very simple & elegant-looking shoe. I'm on my feet all day and they're very comfortable. I also like how the shoe is very light. I felt they ran a little big (maybe a half size), but didn't feel any heel slippage. Good quality/comfort for the price.

Very comfortable, roomy inside but still fits to your feet. Good for those who may have their feet sweat more than the average person. The styling good be a little better.

Buy these if you are a FOH, exec chef/ Sous or bartender who needs a little spiff when in front of guests. For a slip resistant shoe at this price they are very comfortable and attractive. I am an executive chef and I needed something I could walk miles in and not die when I go behind the line or into the dish pit. They are crazy shiny (plastic patent leather) when you buy them but that softens and becomes natural after a few wears. You can polish this shoe which is a plus and again, for the price it is super comfortable. I cannot speak to the longevity of this shoe but buy two pair if your concerned, they are cheap. My other shoes are Birkenstock London Super Grip $185. I love those and resoled them three times but these are athletic in comparison and a little more dressy. I bought a 10.5 wide.

My Husband put them on and he said they felt "OK". NO WHERE on the box - or in the shoe - or ANYWHERE was the size documented . So we don't know if you sent us the correct size or not. I didn't like that. Never experienced that before.

Durability is mediocre

First fit was very tight but as I walked in them, the leather began to stretch and I was comfortable. The leather is definitely patent and buyers should expect high gloss. I returned them because of their slip-resistance. I work in a restaurant with constant oil and water soaked floors but these shoes didn't stand a chance. Every step wasn't sound and I was sliding all over, luckily Zappos has the best customer service and I will exchange them with something else.

Only worn them three times now, but the shoe appears well built, they are highly polished from the manufacturer so they are for more dress attire but that's what I got them for anyway. So far so good.

Bought these shoes in December 2014 and now in October 2015 they are already falling apart. Te shiny skin is separating from the main part of the shoe, also really disappointed with how the sole is wearing. Love the style and comfort and price - but disappointed they fell apart in under 1 year of wear.

Shoes ordered as 13EEEE, but they are definitely not a true 4E. Too bad because they are nice shoes for the money. All the New Balance shoes I've ordered from you were 4E width and fit just fine ??!!

Wore these for one day in a restaurant kitchen and I was slipping all over the place. They do not feel slip resistant at all so I am returning them.
