These are good, warm boots. They fit well & stay closed. Exactly what you're looking for in winter boots -- you don't have to worry about them leaking or not being warm enough. They are very sturdy and will last without looking beat up, so they will make excellent hand me downs to the child who's next in line.

This was my first Tundra purchase. The boots seem well-made, my son is excited about them due to the spiderweb design, and they appear to be weather resistant. (We'll have to see once winter arrives.) I appreciate that the boot has both a Velcro strap across the front ankle area and the pull-tie at the top for preventing foot slippage and snow/ice getting into the upper boot. Let it snow!

Bought these for my 4 year old son. He wore them pretty much everyday December through March because he loves boots and he goes to a school that gets him outside as much as possible year round. The boots opened up at the back seam of the left boot after probably a month, and the front looks fuzzy where the Velcro rubbed, but overall these boots held up to one winter on an active 4 year old.

Style wise, these are great. They seem to run just a little bit small. I need to order a size up for my little kid.

I have purchased these for the past 4 years for 4 children (now 12, 9, 9, 7). A few things, after a season of every day use to and from school, the insides wear holes which is expected with every day use. I end up donating them as the insides are torn up and I prefer not to hand them down. Second, they are not waterproof. I have to dry them after playing in the snow - all the children. Thus leads to them getting smelly with sweaty wet feet, esp the oldest. I will wash all of them with bleach water at least 2 times during the winter season to keep them smelling decent. My children have wide feet so these are the only ones I can find and we make it work. I do love how easy it is to get them on and off, but this year I am going to try to spray them with a waterproof spray to help keep them dry. Note: ones with lighter fabric look dirty a lot and hard to keep looking clean.

Good looking boot, nice quality, but they are very heavy. I have to return them, my son is exhausted after walking in them.

I bought these for my 10 year old. They are decent boots, but a little loose on his legs, so we used the draw string to tighten them. The string came out after one week of use and we cannot get it back in, so it really stinks!

These boots are not good for cold weather. The insulation is very thin on the inside and is not removable. My poor little boy's feet are always cold when he comes in. I would not suggest buying these.

Ok, so the winter has just started here on the east coast---it is January. My kid has worn these boots in November and December, here and there for an hour a day at most, to play when the temperature was dry and freezing, maybe once a week, so four times a month; a total of eight times in two months. Today finally he wore them in the snow for the first time to go to the movies, so he was not even playing in the snow, AND his feet were wet inside when we finally got home! On top of that the insoles have holes in the heel area, so his heel has already made holes in the felt insole material after two months of wearing these about a total of eight times for an hour each time. And now his heel is standing on the rubbery material of the sole, on the inside of the shoe. To solve that issue I could get new insoles. However I am now shopping for new boots, since I am concerned about the wetness inside the boots. So, $50 I spent for two months of wear in dry weather....is that what these are for?

I saw the great reviews but was super disappointed that after ONE play in the snow, the inside of the boots were wet and my son's socks and feet were wet. Returned.

My son wore these boots through a few small puddles (less than 1 inch deep) and his feet were soaking wet. Two weeks after this happened, the inside of the boots were still wet. If you're looking for something waterproof, don't purchase these boots.
