I have many pairs of Tevas, so I bought the 2pack in my normality size. These were so hard to get onto my feet and also seemed shorter in length than normal. The straps were a lot shorter than normal and too tight across the ball. When walking, my feet seemed to slide inwards. Very disappointed. Hopefully, I will receive my Reefs before my vacation.

Cute, but way too narrow and short. I usually wear a 9.5 and have medium to wide feet, so I got a 10 and my foot was hanging off on 3 sides. Comfy though. If you have narrow feet, order a full size up.

I bought these again thinking they would be the same as years past. The style has changed and now these seem to be more narrow and made of a different material. Not the same quality of the ones I had before. Will be sending these back and trying something else.

I'm amazed by all the positive reviews. I knew as soon as I put them on that something was wrong--the arch support is weirdly far forward, almost more under the ball of my foot than under the arch. More so on the pink pair than the brown, oddly. I ordered several pairs of flip flops, both Teva and other brands, and these are the only ones with this issue. Thankful for Zappos great returns policy, as always!

Loved these shoes before so reordered without reading the review. MISTAKE. They are different and are very trim in the toe area and my toes hand off. So disappointed. Bought a different Teva and the toes were better.

I’m so disappointed that I did not read the reviews before ordering. These WERE my favorite sandals so I thought I was replacing them but the toe area is super thin and my toes hang off. So disappointed

I have a pair of these from a few years ago and they fit perfect. I love how the soul conforms to the soul of your feet. Was so disappointed that one side of the thong was 1/2" longer than the other side. Too wide, and lopsided. My original pair was the same length on both sides. Weird. They don't make things like they use to. I've bought Tevas forever, can't find a pair that fits anymore.

Was very excited to get my Teva mush flip flops only to be disappointed that they where not wide enough in the toe area. Returned them and will keep looking for something that will work for me.

This flip flop is nothing like the original mush flip flop. This flip flop was my go to for everyday comfort. I am returning

TEVA what happened??? I have been buying TEVA Flip Flops for over 20 years and this is the first time they don't fit correctly. The strap is so short I can't slide my feet in. Unfortunately I'm returning my favorite flip flops and will need to try something else.

Really only wanted the teal pair of flip flops but they only come in 2-packs on Zappos. The black pair fit perfectly, however, much to my disappointment, the teal pair were considerably smaller. When I held them up back to back, the teal flip flops were a full 1/2 inch shorter in length than the black ones. These were both the same size. Either the teal pair were tagged with the wrong size, or quality control is lacking at Teva.

Recently bought Teva 2 pack Mush 11 in size 10 and I'm very UNHAPPY with this purchase. Sizing on one pair just fits and the other pair my heal is hanging off the back. Both pairs are very narrow and tight. If I wasn't in desperate need I would have returned them. I've decided to keep the one pair since they more or less fit the other pair I will give to my sister who has a smaller foot. I now feel I spent $$ for only one pair of these flip flops. Could these Tevas be seconds? I will think long and hard before I order from Zappos again. DISAPPOINTED IN NEW JERSEY

Well, like so many other reviewers, I've been a long time Teva Mush lover. And these new Mush II sandals are ridiculous. The fit is just terrible! I held them up to my current pair and they were so narrow and small as to be laughable. No way can I wear these new sandals. So sad.

I tried to return them before the first week of wearing was over the heels were flattened THIN like no flip flops on at all. I threw them away. Grateful they didn't ask me to go to all the trouble to return them...these are worthless

Jeez -- they don't make this Teva like they used to! My old pair like this had great arch support, were made of soft but sturdy materials, and fit me like a glove. These have minimal arch support, are both stiff and flimsy, and run narrow. No more Teva for me!

Teva used to make awesome flip-flops and sport sandals; unfortunately the quality is no longer there. These flip-flops are dollar store quality. The footbed is squishy foam, and the sole is plastic, glued to the foam. I was expecting webbed straps affixed to one thick piece of sturdy, textured rubber, as before. So sad, I loved Teva. Will be sending these back.

Just received these but will be returning them as even though I ordered up a size they are way too narrow.
