Disappointed! Only received 1 pair

These were much too large and they had flat soles as opposed to the ones I've ordered in the past which have a 1.5 inch platform. I returned them

I only received one pair of shoes when I was supposed to receive two. I paid for the 2 pack.

I feel ripped off. There was only one pair of flip flops! It clearly says "2-pack" with a picture of 4 shoes but only one pair arrived :(

Excellent support, but sandal design changed over the years. Runs narrow, and straps uneven. May have got a defective pair.

the straps were very tight and cut into my foot. Did not give or flex. Too narrow, not tall enough or room for foot. Need to return them both.

These sandals are so cute, but unfortunately I have to return them. I have an average sized foot with an average width. Both pairs of these sandals squeezed by foot to the point where it looked like it was cutting off the circulation in my pinky toes. The material that sits between my toes hurt and felt like it would rub the skin off if I were to walk around. I know some shoes need to be broken in, but when a sandal is that uncomfortable from the beginning I don't want to take any chances. I think Teva changed the material because I have tried on a pair a long time ago and they felt great. As always, Zappos is great with free return shipping.

I am very disappointed in these tevas. I've bought at least 5 pairs before and these are different. The footbed is made out of a different material and it makes your feet very sweaty. It's horrible and they squeak when you walk. I am very dissatisfied with these shoes..... had to wear them to find this out so I guess they are not returnable. Also, the straps are loose and not tight like before. Sad.

When I opened the box, I had to double and then triple check that they had sent me the correct size. I love these flip-flops and have been wearing them for years; I buy a replacement pair every couple of years. This new version is significantly smaller than previously made. I compared by holding up my old pair with the new ones, and it looked like a full size shorter. My heel hangs off the back. Sadly, since I wear an 11 and that is as high as they go, I will have to find something else. I am so disappointed.

This flip flop is one of my favorites. The pair with the black straps fit perfectly! I would have given that pair 5 starts. However, so odd and extremely frustrating, the turquoise straps pair don't fit right at all!

They smell terrible, are very narrow, and the straps are way too tight for my average width foot. They were very uncomfortable and, despite the super tight straps, didn't feel secure on my feet. Will be sending these bad boys back ??

Too small. Straps were very tight and uncomfortable. The sandals did have noticeable arch support, which is good.

I am soooo disappointed. I have bought at least 15 pairs of Olowahus and loved them. Something has changed. The straps are much too loose, they are uncomfortable to walk in and I can't keep them on my feet. Teva, if you changed manufacturers, please return to the previous one. If not, please get busy with quality control.

Too narrow, and the double strap pinches my 5th toes.

These shoes were a huge bummer. I usually wear a size 6.5/7 and ordered the 7. They fit length-wise just fine, but were so narrow that I couldn't even get them on my feet! I didn't bother even sizing up, because they would have been way too long in another size! (Just for the record - I've never had a problem with other shoes being too narrow, and have never had to buy wide shoes before.) This was disappointing, I really wanted to like these shoes.

I have had Tevas before and these are by far the worst flip flops I have owned from a comfort or durability standpoint. The straps make the fit way too narrow and the material the footbed is made of is like styrofoam cups and started chipping off in chunks after the second time I wore them. This will be my last pair of Tevas they have certainly changed the quality of their sandals. Don't waste your money.

I bought many of these last year 2013 but they changed somehow, they don't fit the same and I have to return them. Very sad because the old ones are so comfy I wanted to get more.

I really wanted these to work. I have pretty normal feet - maybe slightly on the narrow side. However, the X strap hit so oddly on my foot, my little toe had no place to go. It is set awkwardly far into the shoe. It seems as though it would take a very specific foot to fit this shoe...sad to return them, though!

One pair fit perfectly. With the left shoe of the second pair, the strap that runs across the fifth toe is way too tight making the shoe unwearable for more than an hour or so. The right shoe in that pair is fine, so this tells me it's a problem with quality assurance. For this reason, I am giving an otherwise decent shoe a poor review.
