Zappos has a great service. When the jeans weren't available they have the alert so I knew when they had them so I put in the order. They arrived quickly and in plent of time for Christmas. Great product and service! Thanks!

Knew these would fit because I purchased before. Service was prompt and easy. Returned a pair of 505 straight fit, should have gotten the 505 relaxed fit. Three other men who wear the size said the 505 straight was too tight around the hips.

Perfect as ordered! It is difficult to find this size in the store, and why waste your time looking when Zappos can get it to me the next day.

I've been wearing Levi's jean for 40 years. In recent years, the quality control seems to have faded. I just bought two identical pair; same model, size, wash, etc. Yet one pair is sized noticeably differently and one full inch longer. This is not a new experience. What's up with that?

These pants fit perfect, and the color black is not like all the others! This is "black", not faded black and almost grey (like other brands.) Also, finding a 29" inseam is not so easy! Keep up the good service.

It seems strange to not have anything negative to say about a company. I mean, there must be something wrong, somewhere, right? Well, after over 13 years dealing with them, if it s there, I can t find it.

Fits well and excellent value. Ideal for anyone over 30. Not a low-rise jean, which is good for me. Excellent quality. Not as fine material as the expensive jeans, but costs a fraction. Will last forever, basically.

My hubby loves these jeans for work. The Rinse color is very dark blue and lasts a lot of washes. Sometimes hard to find and never available in a store, so I'm glad I can order them from Zappos and fastest shipping ever!

I ordered the jeans for my husband after we couldn't find his size in the store. The delivery was unbelievable. The shipping was free and they came the next day. The jeans are exactly the same as I would purchase in the store. I would definitely order from Zappos again.

Zappos is outstanding to deal with, even when they or their shipper have made an error. I had the wrong boot shipped. Zappos were rapid in their response to my problem and professional. My next order was right and very prompt. And I applied a discount coupon to my second order which they issued to me when an error was made on my first. Their mitigation of the error was top notch. Mistakes happen; it's how a business manages them that sets them apart. And Zappos remains top notch in my book.

Zappos is great! I have been using them for the past 3 years after a friend recommended them to me. They're ordering and delivery time is great! We usually get our delivery the next day! It's better than shopping in stores and waiting in line. Not to mention, returns are just as easy!

purchased 3 pair of these pants in late December. I needed them quickly because of a pending vacation. They arrived in two days and the order was exact. Very comfortable jeans. I'm a dog trainer, and my clothes need to protect me and be hard-wearing. I'm just sad that I can't get these in brown anymore!
