The reviews about the sizes are true. I have a lot of Havaianas so I bought my usual 39/40. My shoe size is 7.5/8. The 39/40 is a size 8.

I absolutely love my Havaianas! I bought my first pair in Brasil back in January 2007. It took 5 1/2 years for one of those flips to to finally flop. So I'm buying two replacement pairs. They are flexible, comfortable, sturdy and I wouldn't buy any other flip flop on the market!

Love these. Havaianas are the best, most comfortable flip flops you can buy. I have them in many colors and this one is great - goes with everything.

A rubber thong that actually looks nice/feminine! Bought a pair in grey 2 years ago. I wore them to death and they finally broke; so I just bought a new pair - same color. I love the color, a little softer than black, but still very versatile. The dark footbed always looks nice since you can't see dirt, etc. I'm usually a size 6.5-7, but wear a 37/38 in these (the next size down is a bit too short and my foot/toes are literally at the edge). The 37/38 is almost a bit too long, but within a day or so, my foot adjust and it feels perfect.

What is it that makes Havaianas' flippers so incredibly comfortable? They look like an average thong, but they're really amazing. I wear them often, and always around the house.

Very cute and comfortable havaiana flip flops. I now have four pair! The 10/11 is closer to 10 than to 11. I wanted to gift a pair to my sister who wears a size 11, but the 10/11 didn't have too much room behind my size 10 foot. The Reef flip flops were a better fit for her because they come in separate sizes and not combined like these havaianas. But what the Havaianas have over the Reefs is that they have soooooooooo many different colors and styles! And all extremely cute and colorful!

Super comfortable, run a little short and wide. I don't know why but these are the most comfortable flip flops I own. They are nice and thin but your feet won't fatigue. I have a wide foot and mine fit well. The slim is thickness, not width.

Do not trust the sizes - my daughter is a size zero, a marathon runner and a 7.5. She has always needed the 9/10 in the slim! Why I do not know.

A friend recommended these flip flops and they are the best. I played it safe and ordered black to make sure I like them and I absolutely do. I ended up ordering multiple fun colors for me and my family. They are softer/more comfortable than other flip flops I've owned. The slim style is very flattering. Definitely go up size wise. I wear an 8.5 or European 39. I took the 39/40 and they fit great.

I bought two pair of these as a gift for my sister-in-law. She loves them! Said they are so comfortable.

I absolutely love these flip flops! The most comfortable I have ever owned. I bought them in several colors. We live in Puerto Rico so I wear them everyday at home. An important added benefit is also that they are not slippery on tile floors, even when the floors are wet. Also, they fit me very well because my feet are kind of narrow and they seem narrower than most other flip flops.

Obsessed with orange, and Havaianas delivers my fix. The slim is much more feminine than the original top stye. I wear a ladies 7.5-8 and get the 39/40 in Havaianas. Gives me extra slide room from front to back.

A barefoot feeling without being barefoot; the 'slim' thong and straps make this possible. So comfortable! The support is amazing for a flip flop. My feet and legs aren't achy and tired after wearing them all day, unlike other flip flops or flat shoes.

Love them! Got them for our Hawaii trip and not only do they go with everything they are super comfortable. I've put many miles on them and they haven't worn a bit!

It's a simple flip flop with a hint of style because of the gold metallic thongs. Perfect for what I was looking for and cheap enough to not care if they get dirty. The rubber outsole is standardly rubbery and takes on stains & oils easily, maybe not as noticeable if the outsole was a darker color.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of Havaianas sandals. Not only were the sandals less expensive and with quicker delivery at Zappos than at the Havaianas website, the H website was charging for delivery. Zappos has my future purchasing business.

I purchased these Havaianas for my daughter who bought her first pair while traveling in So. America. She says they are the best and most comfortable flip flop she has ever worn.

These are wonderful. I bought these for my 10 year old daughter. She currently wears a 7-8 and I bought a size 37/38 (US woman's 7/8). They fit perfectly. Her feet have been growing in length but not width and so these are a better fit than the regular Havaianas (and other flip-flops which tend to be much wider and look sloppy). The slim fit looks good and fits well.

I love me some Havaiansas! They just feel right. Not all foamy and ugly, but sleek and perfect with everything that says sunny and tanned. Be sure to have a good pedicure!

I have back problems and Havaianas are the most comfortable sandal I have found! Love that they have so many great colors. Only down side my dog also likes them...she has chewed 6 pairs!

THE most comfortable flip flop made. It comes in all the great colors, and it's a perfect fit.
