Great arch support - I love these and I'm on my second purchase of these insoles. I use them for running and a lot of walking. I put them in my Asics Gel Nimbus shoes and it really helps support my arch and I swear the cushioning in the shoe doesn't break down as fast and they last longer.
I'd also recommend:

So far so good! Just got these insoles after reading all the positive reviews. I am training for both a half and full marathon, and therefore, need all the support I can get. Before I got these, I noticed my feet getting fatigued sooner and recovery taking longer during my training. After trying these insoles for the first time, I was able to run longer...with less fatigue afterwards. They will take some getting used to, but I have peace of mind knowing I am getting the proper support I need, and reducing injury. These insoles rock! Worth the investment.

Superfeet - The Superfeet products are great. I now buy the Green ones for all athletic shoes and I use others in my non-athletic shoes. Much better support than the insoles that come with the shoes, even the higher end ones.
I'd also recommend:

Superfeet work for arch support - I have feet that pronate - they roll inward slightly. When they roll, they flatten out. This leads to bad knees and I was having plenty of knee pain. A doctor recommended Superfeet and I have to say, my knees feel much better. The green are a good mid-level support for walking and running. They feel great in my regular Nike sneakers.

Excellent arch support - These inserts have saved me from bunion surgery. I put them in my spin shoes, my every day shoes - and my feet feel great. Easy to cut to size.

I wanted to get some top-notch insoles for my Asics trail running shoes to do a rim to rim and back hike in the Grand Canyon. Long story short, after fully breaking them in, they were great - and no black toenails this time. These definitely needed a full break in period for me. I wore them on a 5 mile run and wearing around the house for 5 days and thought that was good enough. Took them on a 5 mile steep hike, and that's when I wore a blister on both heels. The hard plastic heel mold under the insole lifted my heel just a bit, so it wore on the shoe more than usual. Ugh - 1 week to go till the canyon hike and I have 2 blisters. I continued to wear them around the house and office to break them in. By the time I hiked the canyon, they had settled in the shoe a bit, so no more rub. Very comfortable on the long hike - no other blisters and no black toenails - yeah! I also wore the Injini socks that cover each toe, along with a thick Thorlo sock over that.

If you are a pronator (flat foot), have bunions, corns, dancer's feet, etc., these supports are like MAGIC!!! NOT for people who sit around and don't like an energizing workout. Put these in your running shoes and fly.

Great if your arches have weakened. I've been using Superfeet green for several years. When I was in my mid-40's I found that my arches had weakened and wanted to collapse on me. It was especially uncomfortable to go around in my stocking feet for very long because my arches would start to ache. I'm just an average build guy--not tall, not obese (and, um, not particularly athletic...). I figured if I could find something to support my arches I would feel a lot better on my feet. I started shopping around and found a pair of these on clearance at a local sporting goods store. I figured "Sounds good. I'll try 'em." Hey--I kid you not, these things changed my life. Any shoes I put them in are SO much more comfortable. It's actually a relief to put on a pair of shoes! It even makes my overall posture feel better. I have them in boat shoes (mocs), boots, and sneakers. Now I'm going to try the version for dress shoes. I don't get some of the negative comments. I suppose if a person has problems severe or unique enough Superfeet might not be the solution. I would suggest not putting too much weight on the negative comments...If your feet get tired or fatigued give Superfeet a try. They just might change your life too!

Wonderful Support for distance walking - I'm training for the Breast Cancer 3-Day walk - 60 miles over a 3 day period. I walk up to 18 miles a day in training, 30-40 miles per week. After 300+ miles on my current sneakers my ankles and knees were starting to hurt. Another walker recommended these and they did the trick! Comfortable and wonderful support! And no more aching knees or ankles! The first 2 miles or so felt funny because I could feel the added arch support - but then I adjusted to them and they feel wonderful! Highly recommend these - I've already purchased a 2nd pair for my "backup" pair of shoes.

After 4 surgeries and years of pain I’m glad I found these!!!! Like in the title, I've had 4 reconstructions in the last 3 years and foot pain for ever. As it turns out I have collapsing arches and that’s what was causing the ankle pain after the last surgery. I had tried everything up till now and spent literally thousands of dollars to fix the problem, after putting these in my shoes this morning and walking all day I’ve had zero pain! Very happy I found these and solved my problem :)

Fantastic - Your feet will not hurt after using these insoles. I didn't experience any of the break in period issues mentioned. Still comfortable after about 3 weeks and 40 plus running miles.

Love ‘em - I took out the insoles to my awesome Asics and replaced them with these for running. They really help with arch support and even though they don't feel very cushy, my feet don't hurt after a long run like they did before.

Former US Marine Sniper - I first tried using your insoles in my boots while I was in sniper school in 2005. It took about 2 weeks for my knees to get used to the change in position of my foot arches, but my lower back felt great. I am now a massage therapist and recommend them to ALL of my clients who have knee or back problems.

Superfeet Rule - My son is in Iraq - he is a Recon Marine, which we all know means he is on his feet continually. I just talked with him last night and he said he received his Superfeet and they are great. Says they make all the difference in his boots and running shoes. Thanks for shipping them directly to him - great service. A proud and pleased Mom.

Great fit - Gives more support than the regular insole of a running shoe! Good feeling in the stability area (I tend to pronate). And give a great cushion - but not pillow-y - feeling in the heel area. Now if they do actually last 12 months - they will be worth the price!

Improved Comfort of My Hiking Boots - The insoles of my Hi-Tec hiking boots offered some padding across the ball of the foot and moderate arch support, but my heels hurt after hiking with any load. The Superfeet Greens really improved the comfort of the boot - especially in the heel.

Rescued shoes - I wear a 2A shoe, and in my desperation to find same thing last year, I bought a Med width sport shoe, which I seldom wear because they aren't comfortable. These in soles make them comfortable.

Best insole I've ever tried - These insoles really feel good. You feel the support, the comfort, what insoles are suppose to do, others will feel cheap after these...

Very green comfort - These insoles are very good, and give good arch support. You will have to cut them to fit your shoe; however, as they come just a bit bigger than marked. I walked all over the mall and my feet did not hurt afterward.

Ok. If you have high arches, arch pain, or plantar fasciitis, these are ok. However, they're not nearly the best. In fact, they don't work for me. I don't think they have enough support. Go for Sole footbeds. They are heat-moldable. If your arch is really high, leave them as they are. If they're not too high, throw them in the oven and mold them. They have a 90 day comfort guarantee. Too bad Zappos doesn't carry them, *hint hint*. If you just need a sturdy insole but don't have foot problems these are ok, but Sole are the same price and better in my mind.

Not for wide feet - I bought these b/c I have back problems and needed the extra arch support (which is great)...but I have wide feet and the heel cups on these gave me huge (thumbprint-sized) blisters on the outsides of my heels. And they take a while to break in. So if you have narrow heels, they'll work great for you...but if you have wide heels like me, try something else.

Not as great as I had hoped - I am a little disappointed by these insoles. For the price, I was hoping for more support. They are an improvement over the insoles that came with the shoes, but they don't provide as much support as I need. They also feel uneven -- as if the arch support is in a different spot on each foot. I also hate the fact that I had to cut them down. For this price, they should make them in individual sizes. I won't buy this brand again.

I really wanted to believe the hype about these inserts, and at $40 was hoping for a reasonable substitute for my 15 year old orthotics. Too bad--the $9 drug store version is more comfortable and actually works against pronation better!
