I bought these over the summer to help with foot pain because of my low arch. I play basketball and workout consistently and these insoles felt exactly the same (if not as good as the regular insoles my CP3's and other basketball shoes. They actually at one point started to cause me pain on the inside of my foot. I use them now just for walking and daily wear because top fabric material on the insole actually feels pretty nice. I would recommend getting something like sof sole or doctor schols. For an expensive insole, i would hope for some improvement for my flat fleet or at least some cushioning.

The largest size and wide is wider than any shoes I've been able to buy at size 15. Thought I'd be smart and go wider than the regular size that has worked well- but heel is too wide to trim. Might work well I. Snow boot likeSorels or boot foot waders but not in running and hiking boots I own so far. Not bad just notably WIDE

I'm using a pair of Superfeet Wide Green insoles for my New Balance #928 (4E width) walking shoes, and mostly, they seem to be fairly comfortable, but what is irritating is the area of the stabilizer cap that fans out (section that is cut with 4 slots), causing pain in the outer part of the foot. I cut the fanned out portion which makes the insole more comfortable. The stabilizer cap is too long and I feel the ridge near the ball of the toes. I also wish that the arch support section was a bit higher, as I have a high instep. If the stabilizer cap was even made full length, it might even be more comfortable. Finding a really good insole is very difficult, and custom orthotics are far too expensive.

Nice, but not great - I purchased these to go in my new New Balance hiking boots, but the boots were too narrow, so I'm using the Superfeet in some other shoes. I have wide feet with fallen arches, and I'm pretty heavy on the balls of my feet, so I need some good arch support and a good cushion. First let me say that I don't think these are really appropriate for people with wide feet, mine are EE to EEEE depending on the shoe. While I appreciate the firm arch support, I feel like my feet are spilling over the sides of the insoles. This has lessened with wear, but hasn't entirely gone away. The Superfeet size guide says that if you have wide feet you should get a larger size insole to accommodate and then trim it down, but I fear the metatarsal bump would then be extremely uncomfortable for me (see below for more on the bump). Next up is the cushioning factor. These are not very cushy, supportive, but not cushy. The plastic arch reinforcement runs most of the length of the insole and it has (what I think is) a metatarsal bump right behind the ball of the foot. When I put these in a pair of Ecco shoes, which already have one of those bumps built into the sole, it stuck up into my foot so far as to be painful, and I won't put these into my Eccos again. It is nice that these fit in most of my shoes and are easily transferable, but the lack of cushion and the width will probably prevent me from purchasing this model again. I would consider buying the Superfeet Orange which purports to have great cushioning.

Not really worth it - I'm kind of confused by these. I got the greens for extra arch support; the ones for flatter feet say they don't have full support, so I'm assuming these are "archier". I wear a woman's 11, so the size of Superfeet that fits lengthwise is pretty wide for all of my shoes (a combination of mediums and narrows, so if you have wide feet/shoes you'd probably be okay). I popped them in a pair of boots and a pair of sneakers, and wasn't too impressed. For comparison, I went out and got a pair of Profoot Aero-3s (they were like $13 or thereabouts) from the drugstore for comparison...and couldn't tell much of a difference. The Superfeet had a slightly more pronounced arch, but the cheapy ones were comfier and fit into my shoes much better. Planning to return them and use the price difference towards comfier shoes :)

Feels like hard plastic under my feet. Not as comfortable as advertised. I do not recommend this insole.

Good support, but no cushion - I was looking for an upgrade over my stock Air Zoom Vomero +2 insoles, which had over 300 miles on them. I was looking for something to provide more cushioning and a little bit more stability. Read the good reviews on these and thought I'd try them out. I've probably put close to 50 miles on them and I honestly don't like them. Not much cushioning and my forefoot and the outsides of both feet hurt after my long runs (7 to 8 miles). I didn't have this problem with my stock insoles, just a little bit of knee pain. I'm going to try the SOLE insoles and will provide a review of those after I get them from Zappos.com.

Too pricey - I purchased these because of all the good reviews, though usually just buy the Dr. Scholl's arch support for $10 or so. I bought new athletic shoes and convinced myself I needed Superfeet for my collapsing arch. After wearing these for 2 weeks, I find myself putting on my old shoes with the Dr. Scholl’s because they have provided the arch support I need. My advice... save your money and try Dr. Scholl’s first.

Superfeet Premium Green - These insoles were better than some I have tried and worse than others. I ended up going to a heat molded insole that has given me better relief, so far, than the Superfeet did.

How can this item get so many 5 stars. You have to trim it first to fit your shoe which is common, however the material is really hard plastic and no cushion and no arch support. Is this supposed to go on top of the existing shoe liner? I’m a big guy wearya size 15 EE Brooks and these did not help me at all. I ended up removing them and putting back a 10 month old Brooks liner and honestly it feels much better.

Didn't help my sore feet. Made them a little more sore to be honest. Was really hopeful they'd help.

Gave these a try and they didn't help my feet. The insole itself is hard and not cushioned. The arch did not give enough support for high arches. Awaiting my refund.

These inserts have very little arch supports, I thought they would have much better arch support given the description on the website. I would not buy these again.

This insole comes with a half plastic bottom for the heel and arch. The ball of the foot area was very wide so it would not fit into a shoe without cutting it and we didn't want to do that since we thought it would have to be returned. My husband wears a lift so it would not accommodate this type of insole as it is not flexible.

There is a hard plastic piece on the heel that kills my feet and knees to walk on. Wish I would have sent them back.

I bought these to help my back and knee pain. It took a little breaking in, but after a while everything seemed fine. I wore them for just normal every day use, not running or hiking. I purchased a couple new pairs of shoes and stopped using the insoles and now my feet really hurt. It feels like my body has adjusted the the change in foot support to the point where I have to wear the insoles in order to stay pain free.

Unfortunately I have not been able to get the full affect of your product. When I placed the insoles into my shoes my shoes become too tight and I'm not able to wear them. I reviewed your size chart and got the Insoles for my correct shoes size. I have extremely flat feet and I am on my feet eight hours a day, do you suggest any other type of insole am I able to exchange the one that I have? I don't want to have to buy all new shoes just to get the full affect of your product can you help?
