My 4.5 year old LOVED these, and was so happy as they are easy to slip on and are comfortable... But as of yesterday Feb 27th they came unglued and are now junk... I am Extremely disappointed as we just got these on Feb 3rd... so for just over 3 weeks of use they were definitely not worth the price, my son cried when I said they needed to be tossed out...

My 5 year old loves these shoes. They are stylish and easy to put on and off. But, with the toes nearly blown out after just 2 months I’m disappointed!

I bought these for my twins and usually vans hold up for a very long time but I am very disappointed in these. 3 months later the sole on both pairs is completely coming off.

We previously owned a pair of the blue and grey ones, and they fit fine. We just received a pair of the classic black and white checkerboard, and the way that the elastic is fastened to the shoe makes it so that it is impossible for to get them on the kids feet. On the previous pair there was about an extra 1/4 - 1/2 of elastic and thus it was sewed into the inside of the show further in, allowing you to create a larger opening to get it on the kids foot (just like the pair shown in the video). In the new pair there is barely any elastic and it is sewed right on the to top edge of the foot opening. I'm not sure if anybody would be able to get these onto their kid's feet. Not sure if this is a isolated manufacturing defect, a bad batch or what. I'm afraid to order another pair and just have the same problem. The first photo shows the good one, the second the defective one.

It hurt my little boys' left foot. The material is too hard for a toddler. Not comfortable. He hates them!!

I bought these shoes in a different color (black & white checkered) twice before for my daughter without incident and she loved them. But the third pair (in all white), fell apart after less than a week of wear; the sole completely separated from the upper part of the shoe. Very disappointing.

This is the second time I purchased this shoe. Once for my oldest son and now my younger son and not sure why. It doesn't fit on my son's foot. It is the hardest shoe to slip on to his foot. Not a good shoe for a 2 1/2 year old.

I bought these shoes for my 2 year old son. He's worn them less than two months and there are holes in the toes! They're such cute shoes, but are terrible quality. I wish I could send them back.

My two and a half year old picked these out himself, and they worked out great for the first couple of weeks. However, much like other reviewers have experienced, the left sole has completely peeled away from the upper. It got so bad that he was tripping over it when trying to run. The good news is that this problem seems to occur well within most normal return policies. Still frustrating explaining why your child can't wear his favorite pair of shoes!

Cute shoes but they stretch. My son has what I'd consider a fat foot, and these shoes still were too wide for him, even more after he wore them for a day. The daycare kept telling me he was falling because his shoes keep flopping off of his feet.
