Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
This is the weirdest show in the history of weirdly fitting shoes. I could not get it onto my foot. The neck is so incredibly tight that you probably need to side up 11 sizes to be able to get your foot into the shoe. The elastic is not stretchy at all, and located in the wrong place. This shoe needs a zipper. I have barrow, slim feet: I have never in my life encountered a boot or shoe that I cannot get my foot into if it’s in my size.
Since I just don’t want to admire my shoes with my eyes but in fact wear them on my feet, I’m sending them back and will order something else.

Easily the most hurtful pair of boots I've ever worn. Fab looks and quality and comfortable for the feet. For the shins though...OHMY. I wore them to walk five blocks to my sister's house and back. Had a tea with my niece. Total duration of the outing about 90 mins. Was wearing winter socks and joggers, and yet. Bled on the left shin, got blue on the right shin. And the pain! The size on the feet is correct and comfy. I'm a fairly athletic runner, but I don't have particularly thick shins. I do have other Chelsea booties with elastic sides, including from Sorel, but never experienced anything this painful and hurtful. Dreadful.

These shoes are cute but they are impossible to get on. They absolutely need a zipper. The neck and shaft are so narrow that there's no way of getting your foot into the actual shoe. I am returning them without even having to been able to put them on. Zappos friends, avoid these unless you have the absolute thinnest feet in the world (in which case the wide foot and toe box will not work for you).

Reviewed at Sorel
I had high hopes. I'm quite pleased with the 5 others SORELs I have. These feel chunky but not in a cool 90's way. It's more structural imbalance. They rub weird. Snug boot socks are a must. Difficult to get on. I have a long narrow foot and the fit is off. It isn't a a sizing thing, it's a weird clunky shoe. Fashionable not comfortable. Wish I could return these.

These are such as waste of gorgeous looking and good quality confection and materials. Those elastic sides though...They are like literal sandpaper. I've never experience something like that. They left deep blisters on both of my lower legs through winter socks and jogger pants. I cannot even. I don't have particularly thick ankles (at all) and I have worn Sorel, Chelseas, and booties happily for decades. It's a shame how hurtful and these are and how poorly the elastic material was both chosen and placed. Unexplainable.
