For those who have been looking for a replacement for the old Merrell encore mj, this is it! And it is also better. The arch support is excellent, insole is removable, it has that little lip in the back to hide inserts if needed, roomy box toe, thick rubber sole and lovely, soft insole. Strap is generous for adjustments. I immediately put them on and cleaned my floors for two hours without any back pain. Thank you Zappos for being so patient with my returns. I think I counted 17 over the years looking for a truly comfortable shoe for everyday comfort. If you are looking for comfort and arch support, try this style. You won't be disappointed.

Sole is slippery and I did not feel I could wear them without sliding.

I loved them. Their perfect for work. I wrote them 12 full hours and no soreness at all. I'm thrilled!

My new favorite shoes! Right out of the box, they were so comfortable with an easy arch adjustment. I anticipate ordering more of these and would highly recommend them. My Orthotics fit nicely and the toe box is comfortable for my hamper toe!
