I have long, narrow feet and narrow heels. I find that the lasts that Scarpa uses gives me a much better chance of obtaining shoes that fit.

What I like most is the style - these shoes are great! That's not to say that they don't feel good - they do. They fit like a pair of Italian gloves. The uppers are very soft and feel great. This is my first exposure to the Scarpa brand but I'm sure it won't be my last. I highly recommend them.
