These run small for Pikolinos. I’m normally about a size 7/7.5 depending on the shoe, and in this brand I like a 38 for boots and a 37 for sandals. I have another pair of Pikolinos ankle boots that fit me perfectly in a size 38 European when wearing a medium weight winter sock. These however were too narrow in a 38; I do not have wide feet but I could feel that these would rub badly on the outer edge. The toe box area is quite snug so I do suggest sizing up. Sadly they did not have a 39 in stock for an an exchange so I had to return. These are very cute and high quality otherwise.

This is a really beautiful boot and wanted to love it but it was just not comfortable enough for me. It felt too narrow. Im a size 9 (maybe even 9.5 for running shoes). I followed the instructions of someone in the comments and sized up to a Euro size 41 (which by Zappos listed US sizes, that should've been right for my 9ish feet). However it just felt off--it was so tight on the width of my foot (and I do not really have wide feet!). And I could still feel a little space between by toe and the end of the boot--which leads me to believe it should be the right size for length. What is extra weird, is i bought the SAME size the SAME day of another Piko style ankle boot, and that one fit MUCH better and MUCH differently!

Great shoes, well-made and comfortable to wear

The fit was terrible. You said on your website that it was a 10.5-11 medium width. I could barely squeeze them on, and I'm a 10.5. I was actually worried they'd be too big. I looked up what a European 41 means in US sizes, and it means 9.5. You need to fix your website listing. So disappointed.
