Stupid stupid insole shaped like a U; hollow in the center with rises on each side. Last I checked, no one has a foot shaped like this. Honestly, I was disgusted. Seems like a challenge for well known brands to make a shoe with a anatomically correct insole or sole with good support and good quality. I don’t have anything special about my feet (no bunions, etc.) just looking for good support with a proper sole to support my entire body as I move through my day; lots of walking, standing, going-even at home. This shoe is NOT IT.

I have several Merrells for winter. This pair with the vibram sole has the most grip on an icy surface. It is an ugly cumbersome cute shoe that is warm, water resistant and good grip on an icy surface. I wear it outside the most of all my winter shoes.

I read the reviews about the shoe running small so I ordered half size bigger and it was too big. I will reorder my true size. The shoe has its merits foot bed feels comfortable, great traction, warm, not sexy but comfortable.
