The Abisko fleece is very light and great as a base layer. I regularly wear this around the house on chilly days and as a base layer in the cold. The fit is great. I typically hover between a medium and a small. I went with the medium. It fits a little loose for me which I do not mind.

I have purchased 5 of these jackets over 4 years. They are wonderful. Fit well. Wash well. BUT, why cant the company make a GRAY, both light & dark, in color? Please,
