I was so eagerly awaiting this boot. Was very disappointed when what arrived was the flat heel version of the boot, not the heeled version. Aside from that, the boot itself is so gorgeous, high-quality, and very comfortable. It just didn't suit my needs. I also discovered that the over-the-knee style, while touted to "elongate" the leg, actually made my legs look stubbier, because the over-the-knee part can't be so tight that your knee can't bend. So it doesn't look as sleek as I'd hoped. Overall, 5* for the boot itself, 4* for the error in picture on the Zappos website, a miss for me personally as far as the over-the-knee style, but now I know.
