Super cute. I bought these for a play performance. They are very comfortable and stable to walk/run, up and down stairs etc. They may mark floors. Super great style and visual impact. I am size 8 (38 or 39) with an unusually wide ball of foot and narrow heel - these were perfect length, a little tight and pinchy for ME at ball of foot but I broke them in with thick padded hiking socks and they were perfect. The patent shiny coating is foxing/microcracking after a dozen wears but not peeling. BUT - I have been rough on these shoes with running and quick changes and breaking them in. For the price and no return I was nervous they would fall apart immediately. BUT I wouldn't hesitate. They've held up, for ten performances and look great. Why they are on sale/no return - I did notice that they do not sit perfectly flat on the ground - the heel and the front sole are not "plumb" so they are a little twisted - but in wearing them with your weight in them there isn't any issue. Go for it!

I absolutely loved the style. I was a little nervous while ordering, mainly because I wasn't going to be able to return if they didn't fit however sizing was pretty accurate. I have a narrow foot and my usual size (8.5) was perfect. However, from past experiences of ordering at clearance prices it is almost guaranteed to receive the last pairs which are scuffed and most certainly would not have sold in stores at normal pricing. And this wasn't the exception unfortunately. Upon closer inspection, there were multiple horizontal scuffs along the top of the platform as well as on the patent material. As far as quality, they're decent. Glue is visible up close. All in all, they're comfortable and absolutely badass only if you're willing to overlook these kind of imperfections.

I generally order a half size up with boots, but that felt pretty larger with these. I think they’ll be fine with winter socks. The style and quality are great. I love the platform so much.
