These are my first time purchasing Carhartt's. I normally wear a size 13 in boots, sneakers, & dress shoes. I ordered a 13 in these boots and found hey were about a 1/2 to a full size too big, as well as being a little wider than expected. I have narrow feet towards the heel and skinny ankles. Anyhow I ordered the 12 and the fit is perfect for length. They are still a little wider in the ankle than I like. The support and cushion is great, but I do feel I'm having to break these in more than some other boots I've owned.
