This 5K training plan is for the runner who has done at least a handful of 5ks and maybe even races of further distances and wants to run a 5K faster and stronger. In this plan you will have two days a week of easy running and two days a week of faster running with speed work or long runs. I recommend cross training as well for a total of at least 5 days a week of activity.
