Beautiful shoe, but too big.

Gem fell off just opening the box, and the gems catch on everything and almost ruined my sweater just pulling out the shoes.

I ordered and paid for gold shoes and received silver shoes! The shoes are for my father’s funeral on Thursday the 21st…we can’t use the silver shoes and I don’t have the time to do a return.

Got these for a wedding for my daughter and she’s obsessed with them. It’s not practical for everyday wear with a 5 year old but she loves wearing them for special occasions and around the house.

Way too big! They were not a size 4, they were probably more like a size 6.

My daughter loves the show style. However, ankle strap that is adorned with jewelry fell off on a first wear. It also has sharp angles and snags her tights. We tried to fix it at the shoe repair twice and it keeps falling off.

My granddaughter loves these shoe.

These are insanely large. Maybe two sizes bigger than labeled.

Pretty little shoe but very narrow. These are going back. Also I thought it was odd that this package came from Amazon and not Zappos when I clearly ordered it from Zappos and will return it to Zappos.

We received a pair of shoes that had clearly been worn for a long time. The heel was broken and half of the studs were worn off. Zappos needs to do a much better job looking at returns and what they resell

These are very beautiful shoes. They are very narrow. My granddaughter couldn’t get her toes in them. Back they go!
