Great for Flat Feet with Plantar Fasciitis. These are hard insoles and will need to be worn for a few hours a day before you can wear them full time. They will hurt if you have flat feet and PF in the beginning but then the sun shines on your aching miserable feet and finally relief! The arch support is hard and I worried I wouldn’t adapt but I did and now I can’t wear other orthotics. The heel has a little gel to cushion your steps which helps with heel pain. In the beginning I added heel cups for more cushion but after a month no longer needed them. Those with aching feet know the trials of looking for relief or at least no additional pain. This helped me, I hope it helps you.

The fit and size ok. My condition is Plantar Fasciitis per my Foot Doctor. These arch supports are helping but not the cure all yet. I revisit my Foot Doctor later this month and will address this condition again. The Foot Doctor told me to try the Low Arch or Neutral Arch insoles. The Low Arch insoles didn't hit up against the arch area correctly. The Neutral Arch Insole is better and helping me get through each day. Thanks to Zappos carrying this product.

I love these. When I buy any sneakers, I immediately buy these and swap out the insert. Then I tend to replace them once a year. They provide just the level of support I'm looking for and make each step much softer. A previous reviewer, gave these 1-star. If you need custom high level arch supports these may not work for you. But I tend to pronate and these work great. Oh btw, I wear Brooks '16 and Brooks '18 in a 9.5 EE. These fit just fine. Not too big or too small.

I have purchased countless orthotics over the last 6 years. I am constantly searching for relief from my plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. Orthotics and the shoes you wear are integral to fighting PF. These insoles were purchased with 4 others as I was going on vacation and needed a pair I could trust to not make my PF worse. I was breaking each in separately finding only 1 out of the first 3 I tried to be adequate. These were the last I tested. I didn’t even remember how much I paid or where I bought them from as I source from different outlets. I have PF and spurs in both feet (lucky me!) but my left foot took to these insoles immediately. I have very low arches so I thought the hard arch support would be a problem but it wasn’t...until I put on the right shoe. OMG my right foot hated the hard arch! Still, sometimes you’ve got to break these in and it can be uncomfortable at first. So I wore them to work but I kept slipping my right shoe off for relief from the persistent ache from the hard arch. I couldn’t understand how much my left foot just loved this insole but the right was downright miserable. Still I wore them again the next day, (glutton for punishment) and it still ached just not as bad. I also noticed that when I took my shoes off at night my feet didn’t ache as much. I kept wearing them and eventually both feet loved these insoles so I took them on vacation. I am so pleased with how these orthotics actually helped with my PF pain! On a pain scale of 1-10, with 10 being the worst, I lived with 7. These orthotics, my orthopedic shoes, my constant foot stretches have brought my pain level down to a 3. And I do mostly attribute these orthotics to that reduction as nothing else was different over that month. I’m now going to buy two more pairs as these are my foot savers! If you have a low arch these are very supportive but you just may have to work through the initial discomfort at first. If the don’t feel better after day 3, then these aren’t for you.

These weren't very comfortable. Was a bit disappointed.

I wasn't really impressed with the arch support that these provided. Returned for this reason.

I have very high arches and was hoping to find a cheaper replacement for my custom orthotics. I found these insoles to have a fairly high medial arch support (arch on the inside of your foot) and the highest lateral arch support (arch on outside of your foot) that I’ve ever seen in an over the counter insole. The lateral arch support felt odd at first, but after a day or two the insole molded to my foot and I no longer noticed it. Unfortunately, I can’t feel much support for the medial arch. Also, I have the kind of high arched foot where the middle of my foot does not touch the ground at all, and this insole is completely flat (no support) in the middle (between the medial and lateral arches). These insoles also don’t seem to help with the Morton’s neuroma I have on one foot. These do have nice cushioning, and they are the perfect width and length for most of my shoes. (Many insoles I’ve tried are unisex and too wide for women’s medium/B width shoes.) I need more support for my freakishly high arches, but I still think these insoles are worth a try for people with medium/high arches.

These were recommended by my Podiatrist. I have an arthritic large toe that is aggravated by flexion. These insoles provide just enough support to help with the discomfort of walking.

Confortable insoles. Too thick for my shoes. It made my shoes too tight. Unfornately had to return.

These insoles are too thick for my running shoes. Will be sending them back and will try another brand. Thanks Zappos for you easy return policy.

I’ve tried so many brands of insoles and these are the most comfortable non podiatry insoles I’ve ever tried. They actually give me an arch. I put them in my Payless shoes and they actually feel comfortable. I couldn’t believe it! I have very high arches. They’re true to size and feel like pillows. They make all the difference in the world and they’re not that expensive.

Best set I’ve found so far and I’ve been through a lot of insoles. Will be purchasing more.

There is no size information on this product. Meduim is stamped on the picture which suggests a larger/smaller size. Zappos please update product information so we can buy the right size.

They were very comfortable and I'm sure they would have been great. Unfortunately, even with taking the soles out of three different pairs of shoes, they were too thick and made the shoes feel too tight on top. Disappointed to have to return them because they felt great otherwise.

A great alternative to custom-made Orthotics which are no longer covered by my insurance.

For the price these are great. I've tried a number of brands of insoles and always come back to these. I use them for five-mile walks and though I have plantars fascitis in one foot, I feel no pain while walking on these insoles.

I’ve put them in my running shoes. They’re very comfortable. For the price, I would definitely recommend. I have problems (painful) with my back, feet and heels. These helped me get through a long run. I’m still looking for a miracle I’m sure I won’t find with insoles but these insoles are pretty good.

The heel is definitely thicker than I expected, but it makes my heel feel amazing. It is a 3/4 insole, so it's to be expected it wont fill the whole shoe. I love it though and will definitely order more

I have a low arch (Flat feet). Cheap ones i had tried before these caused me to role my ankle on a walk that turned into a fall. I decided that I would invest in better insoles. After 1 year of near daily use. hiking the mountains 30+ miles, walking the town, and wearing to work. They still like the best decision I've ever made in a quality insole.

This is a great concept but doesn't work. You need to remove the shoe's current insert to put this one in. This insert is shorter than the length of the shoe so the toe area has nothing covering it.

I now have three pair of these insoles and am about to buy another. I like the medium arch. My shoe size is 91/2 and the 9-10 size insole fits perfectly with no trimming of the insole.

I’m a physical therapist and on a mission to find over-the-counter orthotics I can recommend to my patients. They need to work for most people/activities, which means moderate arch support, moderate motion control, and some cushion for comfort. These are hard and stiff, and the arch is built up too high. Definitely uncomfortable, and I don’t recommend them. Instead I will be recommending the Vionic Orthaheel RELIEF orthotics.

I’m a physical therapist and on a mission to find over-the-counter orthotics I can recommend to my patients. They need to work for most people/activities, which means moderate arch support, moderate motion control, and some cushion for comfort. These are built poorly. There is just a lip of arch support at the edge instead of supporting the whole arch. They’re heavy and run large. I don’t recommend these. Instead I will be recommending the Vionic Orthaheel RELIEF orthotics.

My 13 year old son put these in his sneakers, and said, "how did i ever live without these?". He loves them and say it changed his life!
