I really like the style of an ear band vs. a head band because the wider area over the ears covers more for better wind protection. The material is thin but still keeps you warm. Unfortunately this Outdoor Research (a great brand) is just too tight for me so I am giving it to my daughter. Back to my Turtle Fur Head Bands which unfortunately ZAPPOS doesn't carry?!

Absolutely love these. They're comfortably warm down to about 25 degrees and slim enough to be used as liners inside another glove. They're not great in heavy wind or rain, but I didn't really expect them to be. Touchscreen fingers and thumb work really well on some screens, not so well on others. The grip on the palm is great for driving, and the grip on the fingers is great for pulling cards out of my wallet. I can't really ask more of a pair of fleece gloves.

I got these Outdoor Research Zendo pants for hiking and climbing, but they have turned into some of my favorite pants! They are water-resistant, which helps when crossing smaller streams. The pockets were perfect and didn't bunch, like other hiking pants I have. I've enjoyed the breathable and lightweight technology they have incorporated into the materials.

Superbly comfortable. Ease of movement is top notch. A little on the thin side compared to the Prana Stretch Zion but right there on the comfort scale. The only downer in the size availability. OR stops with a size 38 and I take a size 40. With great reluctance I had to return them. Why OR does not offer larger sizing as its competitors do is an enigma.

These are great thin liners, that I use as gloves, but I've also used them when cross country skiing as liners. I have big hands, and these fit perfectly for me. They work great on my phone, and better than anything I've used before that claimed touchscreen capabilities

I have a big head and certainly big ears - this hat covers them just fine (some folks were complaining that it does not). It snugs around the circumference of the head and around the neck so no wind can get in at all. I wear it after gym and feel no cold at all outside (27 degrees out here).

This is a fine jacket if you have narrow hips and want a lightweight coat. I think it's overpriced for a lightweight jacket though it advertises that it's warm. I am 5'4" 125 lbs and the medium was tight in the hips-I am average. Would not recommend.

Fits close to size. Seemed a little loose at the wrist. I purchased a large but could have gone with an X-large. I had but this for hiking. Probably not the best of materials for constant contact with boulder faces, but I’ve yet to take it out. One thing I was particularly disappointed with is the loop on the wrist. Just removing one glove from the cardboard packaging was enough to snag the fabric. Seemed to delicate for what it’s advertised for.

If you need a hat for HOT weather look no further. The brim is wide enough to provide a good amount of shade and the hat breathes enough to keep you cool. I wear mine on hot humid days in the south and love it! It helps me stay more comfortable.

Size is accurate and fit is great. The folded bill took me by surprise initially, but once I realized it was supposed to be that way, it makes sense. The hat will last longer that way, and it makes it more comfortable and easier to stuff in a pocket if need be. I got the redwood/black one, and I was happy to discover on their site that colorway has the most real wool in it. Other colors have less or none. Hat is cute, comfy, and warm, and is great for both men and women. Happy with my purchase.

I have large-ish slender hands so fitting gloves is a challenge. These fit really well - and they have very useful features that include "pull-on" loops, grippy stuff so my hands don't slip on the cold steering wheel, and of course the touch so I can get my phone to give me directions. My only complaint, which makes me feel silly is that the styling is kind of meh. I feel like a traitor saying that because I do like the gloves quite a bit. Anyhow, I am sure you will find these to be comfy, warm and useful!

While I feel like the hat is slightly small, it is a great winter hat for Chicago. I have one very old (1994) wool hat from college that is as warm as this one - but no other beanie or winter hat I have ever tried is as good. Do not use if you don't have very cold winters - temps often in the negative. It's too warm for 35 degree days or warmer. I'd say it works very well from freezing (32) to -20. It does shrink when washing so I recommend hand wash cold water with woolite and air dry

I don’t usually wear hats but wanted a rain hat for a vacation so I wouldn’t have to carry an umbrella. It is exactly what I need. Kept my head dry, stayed on in the wind. Also used it as a sun hat when we got to a beach. Unfortunately, I left it at a hotel in Spain and have to order it again!
