the front of the boot is too tall. It rubs my shin bone. I could not wear them for an extended period of time.

Great pair of ankle boots! Looks and quality are worth the price. A little larger than size so if you don’t like using inserts then order a half size smaller but very comfortable with a quality shoe insert. I would recommend this boot!

I love these shoes. I wish that my foot was s bit narrower. They are well-made, classy, and versatile. Love them! ?? They are brown; but, they have a black hue as well.

This is my second pair of Baretraps boots, so I was confident the fit would be perfect. I have a "normal" foot and do not crave extra arch support for walking comfort, which I can do all day in these boots. They look awesome with a skirt or jeans. My first pair are about 5 years old and still in great condition.

I love the look of these booties. The whiskey color goes with everything. The comfort of these boots is average. I wear either a size 7 or 7.5. Size 7 fit great on me.

Good looking..wouldn't know it's fake leather. Nicely shaped toebox and "weaving" detail. Comfortable heal height. Haven't worn yet, except on carpet in home, but think I'll like these to wear with either leggings or skinny jeans.

I own several pair of Baretraps booties. I usually wear size 7 or 7 1/2, but with these booties, they seem to run a tad large so i ordered the 7 and they fit perfectly. I love the style and the whiskey color. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought these for my mother who normally wears size 8.5. Based on previous comments, I ordered size 9 and they fit. So I agree that these shoes seem to run about a half size smaller than usual.

These boots are just for looks. I bought them at a Shoe Carnival store a few weeks ago and thought they would be perfect for fall/mild winter. They would be. IF there is no rain or snow that is. I normally have a 15-20 min walk to work. Today it rained pretty steadily. I thought my new boots would be perfect for the weather. I was wrong. My feet were wet and sloshing in water in the first 5 min of my walk. The boots are nicely made and I believe made of leather, but they soak up rain drops like a sponge. If you buy them, do your feet a favor and only wear the boots in dry weather. Also, arch support is limited. Otherwise, no complaints.

I generally wear a 81/2, but had to order a 9 to be able to wear it. I wish they were made in a narrow. Rthat would have really fit my foot better. With additional insoles I can wear them . I bother with that because I like the looks of the shoe. It fits my need.....not too dressy, and not too causal. -a 72 yr old Grandma

I bought both the Baretraps Womens Goldie Whiskey 7.5m and the Baretraps Womens Yasmyn Brush Brown 7.5m. 7.5m is my normal size, and both boots fit the same. Yes, they are slightly larger than most 7.5s but it's a good thing -- it provides just enough room for some Dr. Scholl's "Tri-comfort" insoles - the kind which have an arch support. The Yasmyn are a little darker in color than the Goldie Whiskey. Both have slight variations in their coloring which means any shade of brown leather bag will go great with them. Very pleased with this purchase!

I usually wear 8.5 -9.0 M, ordered 8.5 since I'd read other reviews stating they run large, altho other reviews stated they were tru to size. The 8.5 felt like 9.5 and no arch support. I did try putting arch inserts in the boot since I liked the style and if it had made a difference I'd have ordered a smaller size, however, it made little difference, the lack of support makes my ankles fall in. I really wanted to love this boot :(

I thought they were super cute but When I tried them on they were very uncomfortable. There was no arch support at all. The inside is very hard and uncomfortable to walk in.
