Definitely runs large. I'm 5'2" 150ish and I took a medium and could've gotten away with a small.
But there were no more smalls.
So now I have two mediums lol.

Although it runs a little large, I LOVE THIS ROMPER! I'm a size 10, 5'6, 156lbs and probably should have ordered a small, but I'm keeping it.
