Although the description and pictures denote burnished, they are not.

I absolutely love the shoes. The heels wore down a bit faster than I would have liked, but I think that's because of the long walk from my car to my office. They have held up really well and I would buy them again!

A smart, conservatively-styled business shoe that appears will be durable for many years. Just note how large they run and aren't particularly comfortable (but traditional business shoes with leather soles never are).

Another elegant and conservatively-styled shoe by Massimo. Quality appears good although sole is glued not stitched (not a big deal). However, they run quite large.

Shoe was AT LEAST a full size larger. I wear a 9 1/2, these would have fit a size 11. Returned and didn't reorder since they were actually a bit lighter in color than what I was looking for. Nice quality shoe and leather, but order a size smaller than normal at least.

Classic,well made shoe,no problems,other than feet hurting after long term use obviously.Soles are slick at first

The shoe wasn’t burnished like the picture showed.

Seemed like a wonderful shoe, but the tan or brown color was not at all like what was shown in the photo. The shoes that arrived were a very light color, almost yellow. Nothing wrong with that color, but it was not the darker tan/brown color shown in the photo.

These are nice shoes; however, they are not solid brown. I think this is referred to as a "burnished" finish, so that there are lighter shades of brown on the main shoe, and darker shades on the toe cap and heel. Not what I had in mind.

Sorry to say these don't look like the photo. I ordered the burnished tan and there is simply no burnishing. I'm planning to return them.

The shoe I received....was not the same color pattern as the shoe advertised. It was not a "burnished tan" shoe as shown. The shoes I received were lighter in color and DID NOT have a darker color variation in the toe area or the back of the heel. I thought the shoe was acceptable that is why I did not return them
