I was contemplating for a few days about purchasing this because of the zipper pull. The bag is soft & color is beautiful but opening it is an awful down side. It's hard to pull open when trying to get into the main compartment. Maybe over time it will wear out and get easier... Who knows! That's why in the video she already has it unzipped. It is also heavy before filing it up with your items, so after adding everything it's definitely a strain on my arm.... so thats another downfall and now i have the strap attached to put it on the shoulder. The bag is gorgeous and different though, so I will keep it and make it work.
