This is in response to the other review. These are Birkenstocks. Papillio is Birkenstock's more fashionable label.

I live these shoes! I have plantar factious & struggle to find shoes that don't hurt my feet. I usually wear wide shoes, not these. They look nice but fit like true Birks. Probably should get another pair in a different color. I rarely leave reviews but these are awesome. I did buy a size larger than I normally do. Fit like a glove.

Fit perfectly.i wear a 40 Birkenstock and ordered a 40. very comfortable, too.

I absolutely LOVE this shoe! The Papillio is so cute but with the added comfort you can only get wearing a Birkenstock. Best yet!!!

I love these sandals! I usually wear Mephisto Helen as my everyday sandals in the summer but my friend had these and raved about them. They offer amazing support for your foot with a bit of a heel to dress up any of your outfits. I like the buckles because I have a slender foot so I could adjust them accordingly to find the perfect fit! I am a size 7 and got a 37 and it fit perfectly. If you have a wider foot and are between the European sizes I would recommend going up because of the slim footbed. Enjoy!

Papillon is Birkenstock’s fancier line, but it doesn’t skimp in the comfort department! These fit true to my usual Birkenstock size, and were even prettier than I expected once on my feet! Good support, so good you barely notice the little heel elevation, and the design is elegant enough that you forget about the cork soles. Wore them to work and got all sorts of compliments! And my mom demanded I buy her a pair too! Very happy with these.

This is my second order of this sandal. It has helped the pain in my legs/back so much. I BEG THEM TO KEEP MAKING THIS SHOE!

I'm generally a 9.5W or 10W with a very wide toe box. I bought these in a 41 and it was just too big for me. I think the width would have been fine but they were a little too long.

Comfy shoe but arch is a little higher than I'd like. Look great and are easy to dress up or down.

In my opinion, these run very small. I did not like the way they fit.

These are not Birkenstock. I was sent another brand. Cork bottom looks a little like plastic. I liked the heel height and overall style, but without the Birkenstock name didn't feel I was getting what I paid for.

While the shoe is attractive, it felt entirely too flimsy and lacked any kind of support for my particular feet--I have flexible arches and this sandal didn't work for me at all. Too bad. It went right back.
